Since you like the S2000, thought I would post a link to some great pictures of beatuiful woman with the car :) Just visit:

thanks PS2machine, and natbuc, I like your car also.and um, THANKS A LOT AudiQuattro!!!!!!

Hey, I'm 31 years old so I can honestly say this and get away with it.  There is nothing more inspiring than combining a beautiful car and the beautiful shape of a woman.  Nothing wrong with that!

Enjoy the pics AND your S2000! :)  Keep those revs high!!

Quote: from misnblu on 11:00 pm on July 28, 2001[br]Btw, I bet I could beat your s2000 in a race.

LOL

That's the funniest thing I've ever heard!

Let's see...you ran a best 1/4 mile E.T. of 16.126 @ 84.9.

A stock Honda S2000 does the 1/4 mile in...let's see...14.8.

<sarcasm>Yeah, I think you'd win...right...</sarcasm>

omg josh your car is freakin sweet.....i think it looks better then the whole porsche lineup and any other type of roadster..........i drive a tricked out haro monoque bike lol but its still sweet

Thanks elyk27-

I think it looks nicer than Porsche Boxsters, but I sure as hell wouldn't hesitate to trade for one :D

Well, personally I think the Altezza tail lights should have stayed on the Altezza. VERY few cars look good in my opinion besides the Altezza with the clear tail lights.  Especially those idiots who put ALL clear covers on.  It just looks like your car was in an accident, and that's all you could find at a junkyard.

I know what you're sayin' AltF8.

I don't really know if they'd look good on my car. I want to see an S2000 with them on before I think too much about it.

I've also seen several different styles of Altezza taillights. Some look good IMO, like ones with 2-3 red lenses, but the one's that would make the ass-end of my car look like a spaceship are extremely ugly.

I like the Altezzas on my car.  They are the only ones in the state of Mississippi that I know of.  I installed them to be different and they look good on the teal paint.
Josh, the time slip is old and before the mods Ive installed.  Youd probably still beat me, but off the line Id have you in my tails for sure.  Only at the end of the 1/4 will you pass me.
Yeah, put some mods on and youll be in the 13's.
Nice post ppl.
Later.

Umm...not to be rude, but WTF? Do you understand that you are driving a CAVALIER? You are NOT going to hang with an S2000, even with your 'mods'. Sorry to burst your bubble, but S2000s are running very low 14s STOCK, whereas your Z24 will probably run mid 15s with your 'mods'.

Does yours hit 11000rpm?

Red line is at 9,000, and I've only gone higher than that once, and it was accidental(wasn't paying too much attention, and went to 9 and a half...:nervous: )

Yipe! I assume it has a limiter though, right?

Mine's at about 7250, I think. Annoying little bugger... :D

I'm not really sure...:nervous: I'm sure it does though. I could probably read through the owner's manual and find out if I find time to do so.

Josh, your car is a beautiful thing. Still have any mods planned? I believe Jackson Racing makes a supercharger kit for the S2K, think I saw a couple all pumped up in SCC...

Yeah, it's there to avoid engine damage, so it's probably best to steer (no pun intended) clear of that range.

I've only really hit it while autocrossing, and even then it was an accident.

Thanks...:D The only mods that have been done are mostly suspension mods, and minor intake mods(and a few "show" mods, so basically it's all show, and no go...:D). I haven't found anyone that offers any real performance parts for the s2k yet. What little I have found, is extremely expensive. I remember seeing a Comptech S/C, that was somewhere around $18,000(absolutely rediculous), and only gained like 50 more horsepower. I saw an S2000 once that had the Comptech S/C, and it was dyno'ed at 299 RWHP. As much as I hate the idea of nitrous oxide(I vowed never to buy it for my car), I would much rather buy a nitrous kit than an 18 thousand dollar supercharger...

I'm getting ready to see if I can find any info on a Jackson S/C for it...:)

Yeah, the key is that the S2000 engine is already tuned to nearly its capacity. With only two liters of displacement and pushing 250 horsepower stock, that engine is running an insane 11.0:1 compression ratio! That's not exactly the best candidate for adding boost (nitrous or otherwise).
