As a notice, I will be absent from Saturday of this weekend to Friday of next week. I am getting my heart screened on Friday, although I may be able to squeeze in a set of races later that day. Heart attacks, heart murmurs, and arythmias run in my family.

Thanks, man. 👍 I'm 5'10 and 140 pounds! I'm too light, and I excercise every day and limit my fast food to once a week. Plus, I'm still a teenager.

Anyhow, I will allow you to change your bob, Matty. I kind of realize it is frustrating you how bad he's doing. You could just try to advance his level. Friend ch1potle... I don't work with him but I've heard he's an excellent widget runner. If you want to advance your Bobs, run the widgets and the races.

If it's sudden rapid heartrate, it could sometimes be paroxysmal atrial tachycardia. Fairly common during teenage upon exertion amongst healthy individual. If it is Bruce's test, get ready for some good workout.
