Hey man Noah maybe ugly, but he's definitely a warrior. He'll be back hard back home. And I think Rose should also sit out Mclaren, though you can tell he wanted to something about it when the cameras focused on him.

Worst refereeing ever. The Bulls were getting away with so much in that game, the Heat were getting away with a little bit, and when calls were made 80% of the time they were wrong. How Lebron got called for a technical when Nazr tried wrapping him up I'll never understand.

Doesn't matter anyway heat got the win and Bosh put up some nice numbers.

Yeah I know, Bosh grabbed a.........rebound!:lol: I guess he liked it so much he went and grabbed a whole bunch more.:P

It was, but it's pointless now. A loss is a loss.

What's maddening is that Thibs got fined for calling out the refs. But Miami got away with a lot of crap too, which is what got Taj and Noah ticked off and thrown out in game 2.

At this point, we all know how this series is going to end, and as a Bulls fan I'd rather get this over with so all the Rose speculation would stop, and the Lebron circle jerk will continue elsewhere.

My boy Jack needs to cool down. He's single-handedly keeping the Warriors in the game right now.

Edit: Spurs looked so out of it, I didn't even bother with the beginning of the O/T. They are down by 9 now. I've seen very little hustle for the loose ball, also so many illadivised shots by the Spurs. It's frustrating, as Golden State didn't seem to want this game that much either. They are young though, I don't know what Spurs' excuse would be.

I'll tell you what. If the Western Conference Finals come down to Golden State and Oklahoma City, that will be one heck of a series! I'd actually watch it. Who I would take... I am not sure.

Man, San Antonio just went flat basically in Overtime. It was almost as if San Antonio was denied any hope of trying to make the game even remotely close in Overtime.

As for the East, I swear fists are probably going to fly at some point between Chicago and Miami. Or you may as well have a second coming of that infamous hard foul Kurt Rambis took. That series is hellishly physical.

Tomorrow presents an opportunity for 2 teams to finally take hold of their Conference Semis, I'm sure the refs will do their best to deny them the chance and level the series again, so in the case of the Heat-Bulls you might be right John, fists could fly!

All the more interesting

Bulls will come out hard regardless what position they are in. But personally, they should come out with fire tonight. And if they lose, then they should pack it up for game 5 and just get it over with.

We need that Summer to lick our wounds and figure out contracts.

I haven't seen every moment of this game, but the score is 61-42 in favor of Miami. I'm like... this is like a high-scoring COLLEGE game than an NBA playoff game! A half-court heave by MIA to end the 3rd Quarter provided some excitement. You got to learn to win even ugly games. VERY low scoring.

[UPDATE] It just ended. 88-65 was how much the Miami Heat beat the Chicago Bulls in Chicago. They are now up 3-1 in this series. 65 points marks a new playoff low for points scored by the Bulls. Bulls got to get it together if they expect to force any number of subsequent games. Otherwise, the six-time NBA champs will be ousted by the Heat.

Disregarding playoff basketball but, how does it work that the Defensive Player of the Year (Marc Gasol) is on the 2nd defensive team instead of the 1st

Different set of voters. Probably media voting for one, league(likely coaches) voting for the other.
65 points marks a new playoff low for points scored by against the Heat.
:sly: I wish it was by the Heat!

I made a crucial edit. I said "Heat" in regards to 65 points when I meant "Bulls." Just remember- I am human. Still, Heat are up 3-1 in the Bulls/Heat series.

What?!:odd:

That's a big win for Miami, I'm about to watch the game with my brother now, and OKC are in overtime against Memphis as we speak.

Edit: I'd dare say up 5+ with 10sec to go the Grizzlies will take it.

I'm still trying to comprehend how OKC is blowing these leads, wouldn't they have learned this last year or is this because they don't have a legitimate second scoring option?

OKC had a decent lead when I saw the score(maybe second or third qtr.), I can't believe they lost it.

Bulls will be ousted next game, as hard as it is for me to swallow it. I just hope the Bulls remember this and play like it's a nuclear war next season.

As for OKC blowing leads, it's not their lack of offense (well partially it is with Westbrook out) but their defense that is letting them down.

Like I've been saying all along, Indiana will pwn NY in this series.

:P

Does anybody know if there's any chance Granger might make it back this (post)season?

I was very disappointed by the way Spurs played Sunday. Looks like they are leading now in the 3rd, I just hope they don't pull a OKC.

Go Spurs! 👍

I didn't even know he was still on the team. Is T-Mac going to play this year, that's all I want to know.

Tonight, we got these matches:

* Chicago Bulls at Miami Heat: Game 5 (MIA leads 3-1)
* Memphis Grizzlies at Oklahoma City Thunder: Game 5 (MEM leads 3-1)

Will these series end, or will the trailing teams be able to stretch the series out a bit more? We'll see after tonight's games.

I'm in support of Kings staying in SacTown. Too bad this isn't Clay Bennett moving the Kings to OKC, because Stern would make that happen.

Jokes aside, I do hope Seattle gets their Sonics back soon, but I really feel for the Kings fans. Madoofs' been letting their fanbase down forever, and they really want to put one final SCREW to the city & the fans. Kings used to have one of the best fans in any sports back in the day.
I believe he played in one of the Spurs' games in the first round towards the end.
He sucks though, right?
Want to see him dunk on some people
So much possibilities for jokes, but I'm not gonna go there. I'm so grown up!

Edit: Sorry about your Bulls, SBK. We need more like those Bulls. Play like they matter. Still really let down by the the Spurs game on Sunday. They played that game like any other game, and Golden State didn't show much more enthusiasm either.

Two series concluded last night. Chicago and Oklahoma City are both DONE. A brutal start for Chicago led to a 94-91 victory by the Miami Heat in Miami. In Oklahoma City, the Thunder were vanquished 88-84 by the Memphis Grizzlies. End results: Chicago's done for the season, and Oklahoma City are done as well.

Tonight, the Grizzlies and Heat MAY learn their respective Conference Final opponents when these two games hit the airwaves:

* Indiana Pacers at New York Knicks: Game 5 (IND leads 3-1)
* San Antonio Spurs at Golden State Warriors: Game 6 (SA leads 3-2)

Will these series be extended, or are the Conference Finals set? We'll see after tonight's matches! Enjoy some NBA hoops tonight.

The Warriors never really seemed to have a chance in that game, it will be a Spurs-Grizzlies West Finals. Now it just remains to be seen who the Heat will play.
