So from this shot we have 4 options it would seem...

- Change rim
- Paint rim
- Paint break disks or tyre or add decals?
- Upgrade/Modify wheel

Interesting...not sure why there would be TWO colour options on a wheel apart from if you can add perhaps decals to the wheels? Dunno.

I wish they'd stop teasing, I just my disappoint over with quickly lol.

Also, it looks they are not going to show any new cars that we haven't already seen either from No Limits or the teaser trailer, just once I'd like to see ya know...a proper tuner car, but we'll probably just be focused on the BRZ during the trailer, is my guess.

Despite the visuals, to be fair looking actually looking VERY nice if that's "In game", I retain my zero confidence outlook in gameplay terms/customization.

Let's not get our hopes up, at all, let's go in expecting it to be crap, then if it is crap, no worries gained.

Maybe the whole TWO color options are, one for the rim, and since the other is ON the tire, it could be the color of smoke that billows off when peeling out. I've seen it before on drift cars

Maybe each wheel has 2 colours

Man that screenshot looks mental !

Looks sooo good ! But i'm expecting the worst from EA.

And i see they still use those "sweaty cars" thing from Rivals.

So it's always online? Like Rivals? Not my style, hopefully you aren't encouranged to ram into people for money and XP.

That screenshot... jeez the teasing is real!

Anyway, I'm back with a couple more NFS inspired artworks that I've recently finished. I wanted to get these done before the trailer drops. If the trailer disappoints me, I'll be sticking with GT6 and Photoshop to create my dream rides. I would love to see a proper photomode in the game but I highly doubt they would implement that.

I really hope this game lives up to the hype and succeeds in bringing the Need for Speed franchise back to life. In fact, after watching BlackPanthaa's videos knowing he had a sneak peek at gameplay, I'm pretty confident this game will be the one to do it.

But, if it fails and nukes the NFS franchise, at least we'll still have other great racing games to look forward to, and maybe it'll leave room for other companies to make games in the classic NFS style as well. It's not like the old NFS games are gone forever either, especially since A fat PS2 can be had for as little as $30 on Amazon. :)

Every NFS game post-undercover has been nothing but an overhyped racing game, don't get too hyped.

Today i lost interest in NFS 2015 or any other game (you know why), sorry guys i can't help but to say that.

I've been complaining about the games since pro street, excluding shift 1/2 and they weren't NFS in my eyes, HP2010 wasn't NFS either and was ok, all the rest since carbon have just been boring and average and damn The Run was probably the worst. Waiting to be blown away, but expecting rubbish.
And how do you figure that? It's the closest game to the original NFS concept since Hot Pursuit 2.

Holy cow those artworks look amazing.
I was late on this tease. I'm quite excited on what Ghost Games have in store for us today.

Need for Speed for me, became the icon it is today based purely on the underground franchise. Obviously some people argue it was the original HP and High stakes, or the more race focused NSF2/3 and Porche Unleashed, all classic great games but for me, extensive modding is the game I wanna see. They should either go ALL IN on this style this year round, or just give up, forever, doing anything to do with the tuner and customization scene if they screw it up again.

Man...I'd even love a Juiced 3 or Juiced reboot if it was done RIGHT with good physics, other developers should jump on this underground genre. Later today we'll find out.

But Hot Pursuit is THE Need For Speed. Closest game we ever got to the original.

HP 2010? I'd admit it was a fun game, a fun racing game, and a fun cops and racers game. But for me, didn't feel like NFS. 1/2/3/Unleashed/High Stakes/HP2 felt like NFS games. Underground 1/2/MW05/Carbon all felt like a natural evolution of NFS. But that's just me, I enjoyed shift 2 a lot, even did modding for it, but wasn't a NFS for me, niether was The Run/(which imo was the worst in a long time) with MW12 and HP10 being probably the most decent overall.

Well, we've got about 6-7 hours to go, guesses on trailer/customization video contents people?

My guess: about 5-10 minutes long, focusing on 1 car "showing off" the customization options on it, possibly a look at the world and maybe ONE race. They will probably choose the BRZ and put the RB kit on it, drive it around and do a race and that'll be that....probably an announcement of some kind of "apply for the beta" BULL which is always a bad sign, and confirming always online "suck it" offline mode, no mention but more than likley no support for PC or Console wheel support like G25/27, and lots and lots of PR BULL about "being connected with friends is awesome" with maybe, some gameplay showing the presenters "scripted friends" dropping in and out of the action etc etc.

It will probably be underwhelming, even more so than battlefront.

Or maybe it's the best thing at E3 so far? Happy to be impressed or proven wrong in my suspicions, always.

I'm betting that the video will show them applying the RB kit to the BRZ, changing the wheels and then showing how you can adjust the camber and how you can 'stance' your cars. However the final game will be limited to 2 or 3 full body bodykits (no individual bumper customization) and they all look awful except for the RB kits.

Then they will show you how you can apply decals but again, you'll be limited to a preset for each theme ("Dragon", "Storm" etc.) and you won't be able to change the colours or size and position of any of them. But you can customize your number plate guyz!!!

Also, the cars will always be wet. Again.

Actually looking forward to see what they have to show us but as long as they still insist on keeping the game a glorified rental, my money goes elsewhere.

Except it didn't, regardless of how you perceive the franchise. Need For Speed didn't just manage to scrape by for nearly a decade & 6 major titles before Underground came along as if that's what put its name on the map.

All it did was start a new generation of NFS. Even the flop of a movie went after the original concept of the franchise than the Fast & the Furious route.

Damn, the new trailer comes today and I ALMOST forgot about it... I'm on the hype train, just can't find myself in the picture.

Still expecting disappointment. The NFS franchise is all but dead and buried and will require a complete parting-of-the-seas miracle to get it back on it's feet.
