I'm having difficulty with the drift events though. I also find using Reinflates are easier to drift the Drift tires itself :dunce:

Ram chassis is awesome. Jump nitrous is only good if you haven't gotten powershot pro.
Don't use the brake to drift with the Drift tyres or you'll slide right into the wall. Either power over (off gas back on gas) or just turn the wheel really hard & the car will drift without wall kissing.

Also jump nitrous destroys Powershot for jumping. The acceleration boost in the air is greater than Powershot's leading up to the jump.

As I said many many many times before check your Driver Details > Multiplayer Progress > Car Milestones or the pack you want. You get the "crappiest" car from the packs right off the bat then you'll have to complete multiples of 6 events online up to 24 for each pack to get all cars. So you'll need to complete I believe 72 events online to have all of the cars unlocked. Movie pack you need to use the cars for 6 events to unlock the next. Hero's pack you need to use Sport class cars. Terminal Velocity you need to use Everyday class cars. Now if you multitask you can cut down that massive amount of events. I would start with the DB5 because that'll kill 2 birds with one stone.

Now I'm off to bed. I need to get online this weekend to chip away at the unlocks.

Great! Thanks man. 👍

The GT500 is slow :grumpy:compared to real specs of GT500E aka Eleanor they added parts like paint job, rims, gas cap, side exhaust and moved the fog lights to the bottom grill. Why stop there :dunce:finish it CG

It was unfinished... i was very sad :(. Sounds horrible :(.

If they used the actual movie trans am it would be competeing with the Charger but in the movie it was protrayed as a stock model. Same with the GT500.

Ya I just read it was a '76 455 T.A.with 500+hp and NOS was used for the jump.

So the trophy requirements for getting 1st in all the new speed packs is quite annoying and tedious since they only give you a bronze.

You have to not only finish all of the "new" races added "9/9, 14/14, etc." but you also have to do them with every car in its respected pack. Also you have to get gold on every race for each car in each pack regardless if they are new or not.

So it goes like this if you want the 1st place in every race trophy/achievement for each new pack:

5 cars per pack x 8 races = 40 total races

3 packs x 40 races per pack = 120 races for 3 measely bronze trophies.

I don't mind, but I remember not having to do that in the regular games for the "finish 1st in every race in every car" and that gave you a gold trophy.

They could have at least made each one a silver trophy or something since it is quite a long process.

I think it should have been if you get all new "unique" races completed within that pack (not for all cars), it should have given you the trophy.👍

The last part of your statement is true, All you have to do is do the unique races in the pack for the trophy. Since all the races do repeat for certain cars.

Since I got the Second is nothing trophy before I completed all my cars. in the normal game, and it goes with the same for the DLC.

As fun as this DLC is, I feel it still can't hold a candle to Burnout Paradise. Big Surf Island was amazing (and better value for money). This airport is a bit meh somehow.

Big Surf Island felt like a whole mini city, The MW airport just feels like another small area/neighborhood.

On another note, if you have the Terminal Velocity and Movie Legends DLC, I find the F&F Charger's drift event score is set too high for what the car is capable of. The event is shared with some other cars such as the Veyron, which I found was much easier to drift with and get a higher score than with the Charger (The score I got with the Veyron is still too low to be a gold for the Charger event).

Also, is it me but if you damage the Charger enough and get the trunk lid to fly open, does it look like there is something in the trunk, like metal kegs? (Sure doesn't look like nitrous bottles)

The last part of your statement is true, All you have to do is do the unique races in the pack for the trophy. Since all the races do repeat for certain cars.

Well, last I did just that with the NFS Heroes pack and finished all the unique races and the trophy didn't pop. After completing ALL the races for each car in the Hero pack, then it popped. So I don't know what is going on lol.

OK couldn't resist, got the DLC too. 911 GT2 Yummie. And it is indeed nou much darker. Ant the cops are pretty hardcore. But I like it!

Can someone tell me if this is normal I'm downloading the new update & it's at 250MB & counting & is still at 0% & I doesn't tell me how big the update is & in place of the time it has how many MB is downloaded Thanks

Edit: I stopped the update & tried again & it looked the same as before

Yeah I understand how to use the Drift tyres now. It's not that hard actually. It's just that my first drift event was Drift City and I keep crashing in that spiral tunnel :P I tried Power Slide next and it's much more intuitive to hold a drift 👍

With nitrous I think it depends on the cars as well. With really fast cars like the Koenigsegg you're already almost flipping when jumping with powershot, so even if you could go farther with Jump there's no point. But with the slower everyday cars Jump is very useful because their run up speed is slow, even with powershot.

Also, does anyone notice that they rebalanced the car's performance? Everyday cars accelerate much much quicker now, especially from standstill. On the other hand they made the exotics more 'weighty'. It's good because more cars will be competitive online, but I love the difference in feel of the classes and now they all feel pretty much the same :indiff:

And the ruined the sounds.

And the ruined the sounds.
From the cars that I used today I noticed that they completly destroyed the Ford Focus RS500 sound, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG has just a new sound while changing gears the rest remains the same.
