A whole bunch of people have gotten the game early due to their Machinima connections. They have to advertise the game by gameplay videos too, though that shouldn't be a problem.

2.33 is interesting. While the player appears to have infinite health, it is possible to be taken down temporarily. Crashes also seem to act like B's 'drive aways' as long as one is not on his roof.

Looks like EA have hinted that Most Wanted may come under the Cross Buy program (Buy PS3, get VITA free).

I think it will only work with the psn version of MW on ps3, then you are entitled to use the vita version also. That is exactly what I want. Happy puppy

The program includes a code for VITA version in the box of the PS3 game. I don't get why you would think its excusive to a PSN pre-order, it would be unfair on people who want their game on a disc that as far as we know, doesn't have to be installed.

@Classic, yeah, I'll be doing some challenges for sure. If this game is anything like Buirnout Paradise, this should have a serious community that will play for ages, even if theres a new installment.

Could be. But keep in mind, when Sony announced Cross Buy, they stated that the VITA version would be FREE, so it should still retail for £38.99, regardless of Cross Buy or not. I don't care if I get the VITA version for free, it would just be a nice bonus for me and perhaps put more use into my VITA.

What does the price have to do with anything? That's the price of the PS3 version and PS+ users get a 10% discount. They also never announced anything, if they were going to do it they would have back when they announced the PS Store pre-order. The Vita version also isn't even up to pre-order and the text there is some standard text they throw up. Let's just say that Sony and EA are going to do it but then never announce it, that would be a terrible move on their end. Even blog/PS Store people aren't that incompetent. I think EA would be a more reliable source as EA is responsible for pricing and everything like all publishers on the PS Store.

EDIT: There's actually a new post on the Blog about the Vita version maybe if we "spam" the comments (more than they already are about this) a response will finally come about. Tell you one thing, if I find out afterwards that they are doing CB but only on the digital version I know I won't be the only one that'd be pissed. On the bright side with what I might save from doing the B2G1 free thing with Target it might off set the costs a bit though I'd still rather spend those savings else where.

You can clearly see that the text for Most wanted is quite different than the one for Assasins Creed 3.

Yeah I know but I find it odd they would do nothing to promote it if this is actually going to happen, especially if it doesn't cross over to the physical version.. I don't think even EA/Sony is so stupid to piss off thousands of people so needlessly. Then again, I may just be underestimating corporate stupidity here.

I got a message the the actual download will happen after 27 October. That way the data will be on you HD and you can blast off. Hopefully.

When I buy on psn I know that the game will be available 2 days in advance in the Netherlands. Bad luck. With two little girls around who use the ps3 as dvd player I think my data is better stored on the HD.

And I hate how you should change game disks on the Vita. So digital all the way there.

Yeah, that's annoying too... The ONLY reasoning I could think of if they are going through with it with zero promotion is a MS or retailer related issue. If neither would have issue with it then it can't be happening or EA and Sony screwed the pooch as the old saying goes.

Found this in a recent review.

The soundtrack, as in all games from Electronic Arts and Criterion, is of great quality, playing all kinds of clubs, from electronics to rock with more or less known groups.
