There is no store. You can't buy BP even with gold. You get a star by progressing trough the chapters.
I still missing the Hoonicorn and the GT500 to finish the auto series. Maybe I'll wait for those events to return.. but I'm afraid I could delete the game before that.

Oh right, I forgot the older events don't have a store. Still, they could have a special store for the veteran players. Maybe special crates will return after the event, who knows? Better stock up on golds

Anyone who does not have the car like me, I'm on the last three races and still 10 pp below the final required pp, but no more performance parts or anything to help increase the pp. I've tried the crates as well but am almost out of money. Do i hope i get lucky and get the parts necessary or does someone have a strategy to get me to 740? Or do I give up now like on the Huracan challenge and wonder why i spent all that gold and time, as per usual with EA?

Just redo some of the races and you will get the parts needed to increase your PR.

I think it's the easiest special event so far, last race pr requirement is 742, I only boutht 10 gold crates for 210 gold for now (it was unnecessary), 3 races to finish the event.

damn, I have lost my last save one race before I finish the Razor event, my second device download a much older save then the last one I did, and now this is the only save I have on the two devices, I think I will give up with the game if Firemonkeys can't restore at least the previous save.

I actually just did three more races and it bumped me to 740. I was stupid again though (made this mistake with the F-Type) and forgot to continue to increase my pp before completing the final race. Because then I won with 740 and was awarded the car with 720 pp.

Woot, I finally managed to max out all stars for the CCX. Took just over a month I think. Got lucky though as the last few gold crates were 3x BPs.

So as promised, here's my full garage in all it's glory I started playing just as the game came out (October last year), so it takes around 6 months of daily play to get to this point. Zero dollars spent on microtransactions. If I can do it, you can too! 👍

So what's next? I still have 2 more car series to finish (Battle Italia and Stratosphere). Gonna do 3 races per day so I can eke out the gold rewards as much as possible. I'm planning to max out the CCX (that's gonna take a while with current payouts) and also get all BPs for F40 (spending 60 golds a day for tournament store refresh to speed things up). Also doing special events when Firedonkeys decided to get off their lazy bums (who knows when). That's about it I think. It's been a long grind, and I'm glad it's over

Wow, impressive! I just got my first epic/exotic upgrade part, which I put into the Razor M4... Looks like I got a lot of work to do!

On the subject of dropping support, there's possibly a Blackridge Spirit 2 event to get the rest of LaFerrari BPs. Better prep these cars just in case.

Oh that. Looks like you'll be compensated for that. Firemonkeys will give you a lot of gold, parts, BPs, and money. I suggest come back around I'd say 4 months.

As a general rule, Street cars are easy to level up so leave that last.

Porsche is going to be hard. As you can see from my garage above it needs 5 purple parts to just reach 716 PR (only 3 purple parts are maxxed out though).

Challenger you need purple Engine and Turbo + the rest blue (all maxxed out).

In terms of grinding parts and money all 3 cars won't be an issue. Conversion kits are the limiting factor, if you don't already have plenty stocked up and/or got lucky with premium crates.

Thats why i'm upgrading engine first to max, once that is done, move to Turbo, and so forth, until i hit the required PR, then moving to the next car.

See I told you. You just need to wait for FM to respond for your lost save and that's a lot I may add.

So the latest update for iOS has just gone live. First thing I noticed, the loading times have been immensely improved. There's almost no lag in between menus, entering, finishing race, viewing cars in garage, viewing parts, modshop, everything! The game runs silky smooth now 👍 The physics seem to have been tinkered as well. The cars are less "snappy" when coming out of a drift. The graphics have been improved, the lighting are "softer" and the garage thumbnails have been updated so all your cars looks super shiny now

There's also some changes to customizations parts, courtesy of reddit:

The Subaru Impreza WRX STi has a new roof scoop replacing one of the old ones.
The Viper has a new roof scoop replacing one of the old ones.
The Ford Fiesta has a new roof scoop replacing one of the old ones.
You can now change the rims on the Jaguar F-Type.
The Volk TE37tta rims are now larger, deeper dish and the rim is no longer chrome.
There is a new metallic rim colour, Winter Brown Metallic.
You can now change the exhausts on the Jaguar F-Type, however one of the three options is currently glitched (invisible).
The LaFerrari rims are now black on Android. They used to be silver for me and some other users.
Customisation options have been removed from the Lamborghini Huracan. Before, you could customise individual parts after applying a body kit, now you can't. Any changes made before the update are preserved (mine has the third body kit but with the stock hood, stock rear window, stock mirrors, and second rear wing. You are unable to do this now).
The Lamborghini Aventador spoiler glitch is fixed, but the second kit now has a (different) wing if you apply it after the patch. Same as the Huracan, if you don't alter it then your setup from before the patch is preserved.

The new Chop Shop is good and bad. Good because you can now actually buy parts that you want (instead of waiting for the lottery that is crates). Bad because they now removed the chance to win blueprints/parts from boss races whose cars you have already maxxed out (all cars in my case ), so it's ridiculously hard to get enough scraps to buy the parts. The only way is by farming epic materials from races and tuner trials (which still doesn't sell for much).

Tuner Trials now have extra cash/VP races every Tuesday and Thursday (instead of just Sunday as previously). And all races now only use 1 fuel (instead of 3 as previously). That should help alleviate the monetary problems we've been having.

Aside from that, just small changes to the UI here and there. Blackmarket icons are smaller now. Car Series banners are now single row instead of 2. The garage parts inventory are completely overhauled (much more compact) and the limit is increased to 750, so feel free to hoard like crazy.

All in all, this is one of the best updates by far. Instead of making things more difficult Firemonkeys actually does things that makes sense. The loading optimizations are highly appreciated too 👍 Only problem is scrap economy, but I bet they will tweak that a few times over the next few months. I've already finished the game so I'm just tying up loose ends, but for those early in the game this should speed things up massively 👍

Yes, but I never spend golds to refill tickets. Just play naturally and I lose about 8 tickets a day from sleep (more during weekdays because I can't bring my iPad to work). On average I finish around rank 400-500. That gives me around 2500 trophies per week, enough to buy 3x Supra and 3x F40 BPs. I've maxxed out all other cars so it's not like I have anything to spend trophies on.

On another note, there's no Blackridge Spirit this week I thought it's gonna be every week like last time, but apparently Firedonkeys are stretching this out. And we still haven't got the Diablo and old Mustang

Well they didn't give new players enough time for Blackridge Spirit 1, and that had 4 cars with higher PR requirements.

The vinyl update is MIA as well. How long do they need to beta test this stuff? I can't imagine it would be that complicated.

So I deleted the game a while ago and re-downloaded last night only to find a nice present from Firemonkey (for no reason!). 5k Gold, 1m in cash, tons of blue prints, parts and more stupid VP.

I downloaded it cause my friend told me there was an update and the game runs better, but I never expected such a present from the devs. I guess they were responding to an old complaint I filed months and months ago.

The funny thing is, I didn't even complain about data loss. It was about a glitch I was having when seeing my fuel available. The glitch went away a long time ago but I never received an email from them letting me know it was taken care of.

I'm sure they'll respond to you, sometime this century they will.
