Again we don't know the exact details of what we all can do on current gen, Just have to wait 51 hours. As of right now the only Rivals game is on the PS4 so given that MP3 music is not playable at this time means that there cannot be a custom soundtrack on the next-gen.

Can you imagine if it is possible? I'll be destroying the competition with some epic music.

If it's like any other game then it should be possible to have your own. although since ps4 doesn't have mp3/4 support at this time makes me think that it won't be in.

EB Games made a withdrawal about 10 minutes ago for my purchase. I should be getting my copy on Tuesday or Wednesday.
 
What's the performance upgrades like? Is it like older NFS' like Carbon or the same as last years Most Wanted?

I think it's like most wanted (but with levels) but I cannot quite confirm this.

Racers have the ability to upgrade their vehicle in contract to how each cop variant has a specific, unchangeable set already installed.
There are 5 different types of upgrades that can be purchased each consisting of 5 different level:
Top Speed - Increases your vehicle's top speed.
Acceleration - Increases your vehicle's acceleration.
Control - Improves your vehicle's ability to corner
Strength - Improves your vehicle's strength, or amont of damage delivered, when hitting other players
Durability - Increases the amount of damage that your vehicle can take.

I had one very intense hot pursuit and there was some bad pop up in the environments.
I'm not sure if this is the performance issues EA said due to Sonys firmware. Anyone else notice any performance issues?

Is it possible to use one repair shop (IN THE SAME PLACE) over and over?
I hope not, because it will destroy whole online gameplay (Racer driving around repair shop, almost impossible to kill)

My game crashed last night,gave me an error , i reported the error when back to ps dashboard at least this system doesn't freeze.but yeah the firmware is mess up and probably the games(ea games, bf4,nfs) themselves need a patch and yes pursuits can escalate in a matter of seconds, soo far its all easy pursuits once you start hitting the ranks, if you think they are intense in easy imagine in medium and hard 0_0 !

Well, all current gen players don't have the game, due to it's not officially out yet. Only PS4 users have the ability of playing. So as of now I wouldn't know if it is worth buying or not. (If you didn't pre-order)

I swear there was a pre-order NFS Rivals PS3, was I mistaken?

No manual transmission
No Bonnet cam (at least Hot pursuit 2010 had it)
Probably no quick-race mode as well

i'm sure its a great game for what its for but what harm could it be to implement the above options?

They made the Carrera GT sound like the V8 in the 918 Spyder... Why on earth did they do that?! It's one of the best sounding cars in the world, how could they do that?! I'm going to kill myself...

Yeah, that was tragic as well. And it was on all the Chevy's as well, as I can remember. But this... This is just stupidity... I'm gonna bombard NFS twitter when I get the game about this. Also, as I worked out, they didn't make the spoilers of the P1 and the Enzo work properly as well. What were they thinking?
 
nfs rivals app needforspeednetwork live 19th. I think I found away I can still see or help my ps3 nfs friends by using this app same goes for ps3 friends to see or help there ps4 friends. the app said you can view or help your friend on your friends list in nfs so it should work? i'll try it tue 19th
