Need For Speed: Shift GTP Racing League - Season III

I am more than happy with the outcome of tonights racing, first I would like to say well done to all Group A for a fantastic run of races and sportsmanship.
Race 1 I started last on the grid and was worried as clean driving is essential, I could see the leader getting away, so I push very hard to close, and luckily get right on the bumper on the next Lap, but I over run it into a chicane and brake to avoid collision which looses me drive and I knew at this point I was running out of Laps to try and get in the lead, unfortunately he made a mistake in Turn 1 which gifted me the Lead and then i was able to settle in more comfortably for the win.
Race 2, got a perfect start off 3rd place on the grid and managed to lead into turn 1, I felt really smooth and confident with the car and track from then on to luckily win the race.
Race 3, started in place 2 on the grid and powered off the line to lead again into turn 1, this track caused me alot of problems in practice for consistancy so i decided the smooth calm approach was the way to go and took the 3rd win of the night.

Race 3 I may of well just sat on a corner and watched the contact was wild. My camera was full so I did'nt get the results (please post them) twice I got it wrong through the chicain and both times tried to take me on the inside of the big drift corner and took me out and not stoping. He also reset afrer hitting a plastic block. We had a chat and I explained a few thing to him so I don't think the same sort of thing will happen again. (And he can keep his position)
Also witnessed someone go hammering down the straight and not even attempting to brake taking Lefty clean out. I know this because I was following that green Lambo.

AND WOULD LIKE TO STATE. RESET BUTTON ISN'T FOR YOU TO USE ON YOUR OWN MISTAKES.
Have any of you read the rules?

For unknown reasons, most of the League members no longer "light-up" in EA Messenger, and although I used to be able to send them Race Invites anyway, they no longer seem to recieve them. :confused: .

The EA invite problem is causing me a lot of trouble racing with my friends, I can only imagine the problems it's causing for the league :guilty:

Yes, it's a disaster. The three races ran from 5:00pm until 7:35, and a large part of that time was spent trying to get our group in one lobby. I don't know what's behind the issues, but it's going to be just about impossible to run a proper League race until they're fixed.

First participant is my. And probably I am going to be HOST for this race. Second is probably arvore. But i need to be in your friends list. Other way I'm not able to send you invitation to race. Like yesterday.

1. Anyone who did not race yesterday, like arvore and me. And did not want to miss opportunity to do those races and maybe score full points for races at Willow Springs GP, Autopolis GP and London River is more then welcome. to sign in please.

2. Time for Sunday 28.03 race could be the same time as yesterday, but might be changed due to real life obligations.

Due to daylight saving the time in UK is 11.57 am
 
very good races last night!.. and big battle vs Addiction and Shark.. Charpez was too fast, I can see him only at start.. in 2nd and 3rd race I was in Pole Position (beginner's lucky) and I could have a good race, in last race at London I finished 2nd but with + 40 seconds from Charpez!!!! O_O Thank a lot to all drivers, see you soon!! YEAH!!!

yea and I would like to remind people that when you hit some one and take them out stop and give back the position back Its stated clearly in the rules.

I would also add that punting people off the track will only be let go for so long any one found to be punting people off the track on a regular basis will be told to leave the league and practice untill they are better.
Any one found to be punting people off the track and NOT STOPPING will be asked to leave and not return to the league.

We have these rules for a reason and that is to keep things clean and although we have had our incidents in the past seasons the rules have worked well so make sure every one is 100% clear on the rules.

hi, could you see back on the video what happened in the beginning of race 2? i didn't push the record button untill the 2nd or 3rd lap. it would be good to know because i had a few very interesting contact with the guys behind me...

OK, so let me see if I have the times right... Right now it's 10:39 here in the US (East Coast). Now the UK has moved an hour ahead so we are back to 5 hours difference again, right? So, it's 3:39 pm in the UK right now. Did Eastern Europe move their clocks ahead as well?

For no I'm having only 4 players, including Mohamu. So I'm just just hoping we could do that re-race at 8 pm. Two hours earlier to normal League Race Time, which is 10pm. Including time change.

Well if the re races take place in the normal schedulle( 9.00 GMT-so 10.00 CET),I'm willing to have a go...

If it doesn't work this time I think I will have a break from the league...doesn't make any sense to be a part of a racing league if one can't RACE in it,does it?:ouch::nervous::indiff:
 
I would be more then happy to race with you but first you have to add me to your friends list because i cant send you invite if I'm not there, and no one else could do that either. That's the case why you coul'd not get connect yesterday. So first things first. And yes i am taking charge of things into my own hands. That's in League Rules. Read them carefully.

I can race at any time now. 8 pm was the best hour i thought. But if you like better later hour then it's ok with me. I'll invite anyone who is shown at that time to fill blind spots and make this race more interesting. :) 👍

I can race at 21.00 GMT and no earlier. (As we always do)

Also treky you sent me invites last night to join your game when I was in league races I didn't know you had a problem till I read the forum. Why didn't you message me or someone else to explain your problem?
You could of joined another lobby.

And I know arvore can't invite you because his friends list is full but if someone in the lobby can invite him what's the problem.
 
The reason why that arvore was unable to get invited is because he was not on treky friends list. And treky as a host must set a Private Lobby. That's the reason. Private lobby prevent from being found by any players outside the world, and allow to invite only Friends. So if arvore was not on treky list then he was treaded as a outsider. No one could send invite because HOST could not recognize him as Friend. If lobby was set to not Private then anyone could found that race from quick race and you could invite strangers to race lobby

Thats the reason why you people have those problems! Hope this helps and stop any pms syndromes :)
 
Just to kill you theory Chaperz set up our lobby last night and lefty invited me of which I joined and got straight in.
Anybody in a private lobby can invite who the like.
A private lobby is to stop random public players from joining a private event.
