Take a peek at this guy (19 seconds in). No penalties, causing havoc and makes me stay away ruining my game. There needs to be a system to auto boot players with garbage connections. Last three days have been the worst I've experienced since launch.
Did you shoot him a message after the race to let him know that his connection is 100% potato? I find that even with the new connection strength indicator a lot of players are still oblivious to how much havoc they're causing by having a bad connection.
Totally agree mate, unfortunately I did it at interlagos last week to the detriment of others. PD should have a way to remove people if their connection goes to red without penalty as isnt it severe if you quit mid race?
