Thanks and yea, thats what I'm saying. You should not be penalized for a jump on a track. Is it unrealistic? Yes, it is but everyone needs to remember that this is just a game, a game which has alot of unrealistic characteristics to it. The tuning, NASCAR cars going in excess of 230 mph, engine sounds. I could go on and on. So, I really don't get these people saying that you should be penalized for this because LMP cars don't fly, etc. Of course they don't in real life, but this is a game that is far away from real life.

You seem to be saying that we should be allowed to get away with something that in real life would damage the car because this is a TT and flying doesn't help your lap time. Fair enough. I respect your opinion but I think this would make it more unrealistic. Maybe it is a mistake by PD to use this track for 700PP cars, however in their defence I would say the entry requirements are cars up to 700PP, there's no compulsion to use a LMP.

True, you don't have to use a LMP car, but in order to be competitive in the time trial, you have to.
And yes, in real life, that would damage your car but whats in place here is a penalty system for corner cutting, wall banging, or otherwise cheating. Thats what the penalty system is for. It is not cheating to go flying over that hill. Thats what I'm saying.

Funny guy you are, lol. I've seen that race and there is also another race that involved that car having problems getting airborn. In that situation, the problem lies with that particular car. I've seen both crashes where that same car gets airborn and ends badly. Other cars however, have no problem with that section of the track. I get your joke here tho.
Happy for you to correct me on this, but isn't this the same place where a porsche flipped?

Edit: I cant find the footage of the Porsche there, so assuming it is a different place.

I'm starting to agree with you. I just tried it in the Escudo Dirt car, flat out over the jump = red lap. It will take it a lot faster, 130mph+, but I'm still having to slow down. I'm going to try a 2CV next, I'm pretty sure that will be ok.

Ello Mr Moose, Your going to try it in a French fancy? In that case im going to try it in a 1966 VW Bug!,
I bet you get a faster time too!

Road Atlanta Petit Le Mans 1998.

I've followed the user Meko75018 throughout the round, but I take that 🤬 leap I lost more than 1 second. I have noticed that he does not stop, as may be possible.

I wasn't being entirely serious about the 2CV as you might have guessed. Actually the TT is for race cars only unfortunately so the 2cv and vw are not eligible. I don't think you can RM a 2cv either.

Skuh
Yeah that's the only one I could find. I was sure there was one at le mans. Must have merged the two in my head at some point.

There were two at Le mans. One in practice and one during the race I believe. Same year.

It was 1998 the sauber Mercedes flipped in practice the team pulled out of the race the year of the famous number 2 jaguar

I recall seeing one flip that the car stayed on the track (maybe going into Porsche curves???). Then another flip where the car flipped off the track going into Indianapolis while following the Toyota ts020?
