The new CBH is live. This guy is seriously fast, so there won't be many unicorns going out this time around. He's #2 on the boards right now. I'll have free F40 and GTO tunes up later for anyone that wants to try them. The rivals event details:

Start: Tuesday September 4th
End: Monday September 10th 8am PST.

S class hot lap/race on Mugello. F40 is the car of choice now, but the GTO is up there too.

Jesus lord was trying this all night last night trying out a bunch of different cars because I didnt want to use the leaderboard car. Got an Esprit down to 1:58 and can get it into 1:57 but whats the point lol. The guy was ranked 2nd on the leaderboards last night with a 1:54.1xx

Ok, I have a free F40 tune up if anyone wants to try it. Only the elite drivers will beat Voodoo, but at least you can make some credits by beating some of your friends and club members. I managed a 1:57.239 so far, ranked #190 right now....but still almost 3 seconds behind Voodoo.

I might actually put a full attempt into this unlike any other rivals that have been done so far, depends on the unicorn though. One big problem is that it's on Mugello and I hate that track with a passion. If I don't make it then at least I'll of gave it my all and have an idea of how I rank when it comes to tough competition.

Managed a 1:54:8xx so far, this is gonna be a tough one as voodo is pretty quick.

He's fast through the first few sectors but does make mistakes later on. If you can keep up with him he can be passed when you get to the two up hill sweeping rights, that's where i passed him but then i messed up on the fast left/right before the final turn.

Had enough for tonight, will have another go tomorrow.

Wiggs - What do i search for to find your set up on the storefront? I'm using my own at the moment but wouldn't mind giving yours a bash.

A bit of feedback and it may not be the tune but actually my driving, if you can get it set up so you can take the fast left/right flat out (the one before the final corner) then i reckon there's a 1:53:xxx in it

My F40 now has by far the most miles on it out of any other car in my garage and i hate mugello with a passion

Thanks for the feedback. I'm too slow to beat the time and I haven't got as much feedback as I normally do for my CBH tunes, so I've not improved the tune yet. I've been told it's too stable and doesn't turn in as well as it needs to, so I'll make some adjustments and put up an improved version of the tune later.

I've been told it's too stable and doesn't turn in as well as it needs to, so I'll make some adjustments and put up an improved version of the tune later.

A few people have tried setting the brake bias slightly towards the rear to get it to turn in better, i didn't like the brakes set up like that myself but you could give it a go.

It wasn't all that stiff imo, don't make it too loose or you'll ruin what is a perfectly good set up.

I thought the new tune was better. It felt better to me and got good ratings for the first 12 hours it was up. It's dropped to 3 stars now.....none of my tunes have ever been rated that low. I don't think the tune is bad, but people are giving it bad ratings because they can't beat Voodoo's time with it. The tune is only a tool...you still have to be an excellent driver to beat this guy. 🤬 I'd be suprised if 100 people beat him....he's that fast.

The last one wasn't that bad for me. This one is brutal though. I think pHRED said there will be another one next week that's gonna be way easier than this.

It was an odd track for me.. I actually only used that track to take photos haha. Its just the very long turns that Got me down the most, the tight ones I got down with no problem.

Aaaannd it seems no matter what rival event it is we are always neck and neck haha. I think I just beat your time yesterday on the current bounty hunter

Its ok, that last run was my last as well. I wasnt running a perfect lap, but even if I did i dont think Id ever reach 1:54.. let alone 1:53..

I decided to do the rob primo drift comp instead. Me and hamster are battling it out right now lol.

I really, really don't like Mugello...the fastest I've made is a 1:58 in an Alfa Romeo 155 Q4, though I reckon if I went completely balls out with my lap I could manage a 1:57 in my Escort Cossie.

It wasn't that the last one was difficult. I felt completely robbed when he decided to change his set time on the last day.

I'll give this a shot though, even though this is just impossible for me too... as long as im top of my local leaderboard. I'll be content.

Well, I have no chance of getting near this guy. I can keep up until the first fast left sweeper and then I lose about 2 seconds in that last bit. I had a lot of trouble keeping the rear tyres warm so would do two fast laps and then one getting the temperature back up. If only this event was on a different track...

I hate the curbs, they are far to big. But I will have a good go tomorrow with wiggs tune
