how some get the times they do is beyond me, either they cheat, depending on what one considers to be cheating, or are inhumane. If I went up 5 mph on every corner in cote i could not match the times at places like racing line. maybe even ten mph, maybe, just guessing. well, the best i could probably do there is around a minute-and-a-half with the arcade viper and vette racers, no wall bumping.

Ya know what? The moderators (or whoever moves threads) moving this thread from the GT3 board really messed up the chance of having this go big, there's only like freakin' 5 of us that are actually competing, it pisses me off

its not all that hardddddd....just need some skill..they got like 1:19 with a fully modded vetrigo..i got 1:29 with a bone stock one.

Thanks, I was looking for a GT3 fix today, and that hit the spot. I was about to quit when I couldn't get lower than 1'22ish, but things fell into place a bit more than I expected. A little advice though on that second to last turn. I'm losing too much speed, how are you hitting that one? (what angle)

• We're seeing who can get the fastest lap on Trial Mountain, in the Tom's Castrol Supra, the figure head of GT3
• This all takes place in Arcade Mode, doing free runs, no races because we don't want anyone using drafts! Also in arcade free runs you can setup the car to your liking, so in essence we're testing a person's setup ability and driving accuracy. Yeeaaa...nevermind that, apparently you can't configure cars in Arcade mode unless you own them in simulation, so now it's back to just being a test of skill!
• There's no dead line to the contest, so everyone just feel free to post as many times as you want anytime. And obviously we'll have to just go on trust here since not many people will be able to prove their records.

Mr. Persistence, I have no doubt your times are sincere, but I would like to see a video of your driving (in car view with the steering, brake and throttle indicator icons on), because I just cannot seem to get that extra speed I need. Why must it understeer over everything?!

if you mean in the options menu, probably, but the best i can get is around 1:19.5+

i know you are better, i'm just trying to understand your style.

I've gone slower through turns than i normally do and still could not turn in enough, so i doubt it.

Shiiit, you talk a lot, but I'm about to be on your heels. I haven't been trying since I posted my first time cause I'm still concentrating on beating the game But tomorrow I plan on knocking out some laps and maybe doing an endurance
