I don't think this is going to work because of the diffrence in time zones always when i go to sleep you just come online.

Fine with me. You can use that car to drift in the team as well. If I added the right person, you do play Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, right?

we have all developed the team, which turned into a collaboration between two seperate teams and became D-MAX. You need a more established team to get people joining, and saying you'll accept average people suggests that you wont be a compettitive team and won't attract many drifters. Try stepping it up a bit.
