Oh yeah? Are they hinting at a forthcoming announcement that might coincide with the release of this new video? And if so, are we looking at a major development, or perhaps just another car or race track for the demo? Well, whatever occurs, the video will certainly whet our appetite...at least for a while. Here's hoping Sony and Polyphony have some good news for us, though.

cheers

w00t, afer all some new NEWS :D 👍 cant wait for that movie to be viewed. It is mentioned that the video will be available in PS stores...?Does that mean only owners of a PS3 can download-watch that?

Thanks for that news scandisk!

It's going to be the V36 Skyline video available now at the Japanese GTHD website. (so I read)

Methinks you had a slight brainfart; more than likely a capture similar to the YouTube video you found earlier.

Yeah, I bet it will be that exact Nismo festival version shown on Youtube. I was hoping for something new.

what??? are you serious?:scared:  :ouch: :ill: why would they show us a "new" video which we saw already on youtube?!:)

Still hoping that we will get to see more then just 1 new car on the Eiger Northwall track

How bout showing us some GTHD Premium stuff. The Premium version was planned to have 30 cars and two tracks(before it was canned). Pleaseee PD show us some love(cheezy), i want that F430!@!

afternoon everybody, well today is 4th of may and what about the "new" movie? has anybody seen it yet? is it the one from the nismo festival?

Notice the tree shadows didn't show on the car when it went under them? Anyway it's a demo so it's not going to be perfect. Looking forward to this video but if GT5 doesn't have damage, decent sounds and allow us to drive the car rather than hidden aids then Forza will take it's crown. I have been a GT fan ever since 1997 when I saw in a PS magazine and then a video on an OPM demo disc and paid the 44.99 when it was released but the GT series is almost like the EA Sports titles, add to the roster but don't improve the core.

Forza is good for us though as hopefully it will make PD pull their finger out and make GT5 what GT fans have been waiting for. With Forza, GTR and maybe enthusia 2, GT doesn't have it so easy anymore.

I am a 100% in agreement with that, and also with the PS3s graphic capabilities some racing games will catch up in graphics as well!!!!

E3 is in July now? Damn I always thought it was in May usually.

Your right in that it usually is in May, but has moved to July 11th through the 13th. It is also dramatically smaller so it will be interesting how much effort PD will put into the show.

Actually, I'm not. The reason being, I went back to Gran Turismo 4 after playing quite a bit in Forza and Toca 3... oh my God, Toca, what a strange experience. I mean, it's a decent enough racer, but JohnBM01 was 100% right about those bots. I never did finish it and doubt I will.

Anyway, I made a posts about some of the good and bad of all three games and another comparison between Forza and GT4 here.

Look for two big posts by Tetsu.

I loed that video... especially the part where he's coming off a bridge (or something), brakes, then catches a wheel on the gravel verge. Maybe it was the slow frame rate the video ran at on my PC, but it looked and sounded really realistic to me.
