Just saying, Hello.
I'm huge Forza fan, but I love all racing games. So when I heard the price of the PS3 finally went down I had to get one. It's now sitting in my closest waiting for the only game I'll probably ever play on it... GT5.
So the people on the forums saying that if Sony wants to sell a buttload of PS3's... Now is the time to do it. Release GT5 and they will sell a crap load of them.
Trust me, I hate PS3's for the lack of games, but for this price I couldn't resist.
I'm getting Forza 3 next month, a Fanatec Porsche Turbo S Clubsport package, and hopefully GT5 this year!
I know it's kind of stupid to be thinking about DLC before a games release date has even been announced, but what do you think GT5 will have it terms of additional DLC?
I know Forza 3 is predicted to get 10 new cars a month for a whole year. 120 DLC cars in all. I was wondering what options for expanding GT5 they could bring to the table. I imagine GT5 will want to have some really long legs since the development time was so high.
Anyway, I'll probably rent Prologue to get my feet wet in GT while I wait for the Forza 3 demo on the 24th.
Please don't give me crap for liking Forza 3. I don't see the point of taking sides when you can join both.
I'm also really hoping that all the cars in GT5 will have modeled cockpit views. They are really amazing.
Anyway, I'll be trolling around the forums here for any kind of GT5 information throughout the next couple of months.
