Just wandering if i order one with f1 already with the t500, does that version comes with both rims or just the f1 rim?

Only the f1 rim is included in the integral t500... It is better to buy t500 rs and seperate f1 rim add on — its less expensive and you even have both rims.

ah , thanks, thought they include both wheels. as you can't buy the GT rim :nervous:
thank you

Anyone has any idea why Thrustmaster wouldn't release a more advanced rim like this to stores??? Is it really that hard for them to fathom we'd love to have an rpm meter, etc just like the real f1 rim?

Seems to me they could've made a super advanced version that sells for $100 more....
Im Thinking that they might just do that, I would clearly pay 300 pound for a more advanced rim if not more

Ive scraped the front of my thrustmaster f1 rim
keep'd all the buttons, And the back off the controler, And im now in the proccess of making a all new front
Wasnt realy happy with this attemp't

Hi everyone,

I just received my F1 Integral T500 today from bhphotovideo and I wanted to know how can I check to see what version I'm on?

Also, looking at the wheel base and the F1 wheel itself, both have S/N on them but it is a sticker on top of what looks to be the place the original S/N goes. Just wondering if other folks notice this as well.

Thanks for the help!

Hi Guys

I just have a standard Ferrari F1 add-on wheel and one of the shifting paddles has a dodgy micro-switch and is not changing gears all that well.

What i am wanting to know is if there is a way i can get another micro-switch for it locally or are they bespoke parts for the wheel?

And is it a difficult job to replace one of these.

Just thought i would ask in case someone else has been through this.

cheers

Alright, so the time will come soon. Could somebody explain what I'm going to need in order to have:

- SLI-PRO

- 5 working rotary encoders

Obviously I'll have to buy the SLI-PRO and the rotary encoders but what else? Which cables? Any other controller boards? Speaking about the stuff from Leo, http://www.leobodnar.com/products/SLI-PRO/.

Plus, does anyone have a schematic for the face plate (I don't know how to name it any better, the front thingie with the Ferrari emblem and fake knobs attached), so that I can go to a workshop and ask them to make a carbon fibre one.

I'd like to have a headset connector on the wheel as well but I'll probably be better off to connect a 3.5" extension cable to my PC and place the other end somewhere on my rig. Also, a button box might be nice but I'm a bit lost which one to use, there are so many different ones ont he market. Derek Speare, maybe?

What else do I need if I buy this? Does it include the slipro?

Yes, I'm going to buy that for my wheel, but need to know how to install. Do you have to be a wiring genius to do it?

Oh I totally understand. Im just wondering if you have to be a real F1 driver to know how to use it.

In most games all those extra buttons are useless and you wont need to worry about them. In Codemasters F1 games then that's a different story.
