Hi all - thanks for letting me join. I’ve been playing the GT series over the years, my other fav PS game was Goldeneye which will give you an idea of my vintage.
More recently I had switched consoles to Xbox so that I could race in the F1 online scene against my adult son. About a year ago I bought a PS4 to go with my G920 wheel/pedals ( I have rewired the pedals) so that I could start with GT7, I’m about 70% of the way through it at the moment and decided to give the online racing a go - I have seen a fair bit of unhappy comments about other drivers behaviour and the penalty system but I’m still keen to get amongst it.
I found GT Planet after searching for racing leagues in my country (Australia) because of the time difference I find that when I’m free the northern hemisphere is asleep.
Hopefully I can join one closer to home - I work/live very close to Mt Panorama, it is a public road during the day and it is a lot steeper than it looks on the screen..
