Top tunes for 99% of the commonly used cars have already been given out. Besides, tunes mean nothing without a tree. Ex: the lmq I race on Indy barely runs a 8.8, yet I beat most by a car length.
There is a way, if Danny is ok with it. A mod can give ownership of a thread to another member. It's only done under certain circumstances though.

Hey danny thanks for all you have done with the leaderboard. Thanks to you we had a blast tuning cars and trying to beat each other. I hope gt6 has a leaderboard like this one. I agree with nick i can give you a top tune does not mean you are going to beat everyone. No tune is good with a good tree and connection.

My PS3 is not working properly, I will have to buy a new blue ray. Once my ps3 R.I.P., Ill buy a new blue ray.

That was just my last idea, an All Star Battle"
This will be drama free,
It's not a Team battle, is a group of the fastest vs the fastest.
Example:
12 cars will line up for a single race and the winner will be the capitan of one group and the second place for the other group.
Than each can start drafting their players!

That F1 isn't a record, I have the record at 8.271 and your GSX is pulling way to hard I get a 2.9 0-60 and still don't get 10.6, anyone else catch this?

Sad that hacked cars are taking over again, can't wait for GT6, I really hope the tuning is different because if it's not and the same tunes from GT5 work on GT6 then we are going to hate ourselves for giving out these top tunes, something is telling me that it wont change and GT6 will be dead from the start lol.

For real, Sunday wraith and I crash a room and all they were running were hack cars but the one that made our day was an orange Aventador I believe wraith beat him with his LeMans Quattro and he beat my poorly tuned 9.961 Aventador by one car, we would tree him good and he would pull hard on us, noobs...
