Very questionable throwing, the sharp ends usually should point towards the target, and usually any thrown object would follow shape because of air resistance and gravity stabilization.

Definitly throwing mastery of the highest level to break the laws of physics all the while throwing a weapon in a different manner just to show she can also kill with a blunt hit instead.
