Caz
Even if blitz quote wasnt a fact.

Although i.was a bills and steelers fan last week. Felt very odd rooting for those 2 teams.

But it is a fact. They made 4 consecutive Super Bowls and won 0.

Praying Henne steps up for Jacksonville and if that doesn't work out, I hope we can get Michael Vick or trade-up for Geno Smith.

I hope we sign a new running back. I'd love a Chris Ivory or a Michael Bush if MJD departs.

I thought it was the censored version. Guess they can't censor something as awful as Chad Henne.

They could, but you'd have a black box running around then.

It was asked either on "Around the Horn" or "Pardon the Interruption." Who do you think needs a win the most:

* Detroit (vs. Texans)
* Dallas (vs. Redskins)
* New York Jets (vs. Patriots)

DET is 4-6, DAL is 5-5, and NYJ is 4-6. Good luck to all of your team(s) this Thanksgiving weekend. The big matches this week involve Green Bay at the New York Giants (Sunday Night) and Carolina at Philadelphia (Monday Night).

The Jets need it most if they want to sniff the playoffs.

The Redskins need the win the most, we want a shot at even the possibility of playoff contention (don't laugh).

Houston could clinch a playoff spot on Sunday but they need a lot of help and not just them winning. 5 teams must either lose or tie.

They also missed a blatant pass interference on one of the WRs in Q3 on a deep ball by Schaub.

Ridiculous game by the referees.

I'll be honest. We should have lost today the way the Texans were playing. Two straight Overtime games in about five days. There were too many lucky moments to where Houston eventually pulled one out. But still- can't complain about 10-1.

Texans now need all the rest they can get. Whew!

Well this game is over. If a team gets into the RZ and decides to cough up the football they have no business winning a game. Also doesn't help if they can't stop the run even if they were paid to do it..... and they are paid to do it.

Time for them to tank it honestly. This team is a joke and has no business proclaiming anything. I would be grateful if everyone save Revis were run out of town.

3 TD's in 56 seconds.

Sanchez clearly needs glasses or the OLine needs to gain weight because there's no way your QB should be running face first into the OLine under and circumstance. Oh well, last night was indeed "Amateur Night" at Metlife. I figured they'd lose but I also figured they would at least cover the spread. If they had their brains for about 4 minutes at one point during last night's game, they would have covered the spread.

Step one for Houston is complete. Tennessee, Miami, Cincinnati, AND San Diego or Pittsburgh have to lose in order for Houston to be Playoff Bound.

I think I read that N. Suh's wallet got a little bit light because of his not-really-seriously-trying-but-trying-it-anyways kick to Matt Schaub in his man region. I am not sure if it was being reviewed or if the incident was reviewed with fines levied. It looked intentional. How could you possibly go down and somehow spring your leg forward to induce a kick? Dude can be a total ass. Oh well, we still won.

Some of the complaints some fans make about the Texans is that Matt Schaub and Gary Kubiak don't seem to have any sort of killer instinct to try to win games. Or at least, not enough killer instinct. You look at Peyton Manning for instance. He has a killer instinct when trying to battle hard for a win. I think if there is one thing the Texans can improve upon, I think Schaub will need to be a bit more confident in going for the kill, and Kubiak will need to call up some more effective offensive packages.

I'll be sure to enjoy some more NFL football this weekend now that I've seen my Texans play. By the way... I was impressed watching most of the Redskins at Cowboys game. That beautiful long pass by RG3 in the first half was just amazing. I've been sold on RG3 since his days at Baylor. I want to imagine seeing and hearing "Super Bowl-winning QB" associated with RG3 in his NFL career. But then, he'll have to take his team to the Super Bowl. That's even if he ends up playing for other teams in his career. Congratulations to Washington, but credit Dallas for making it interesting once they finally woke up.

Enjoy the rest of this NFL weekend.

Texans are very much play-off bound but to me it looks a Wildcard might be more representative of their recent form. I wouldn't be surprised to see Denver and the Pats book out the top two seeds in the AFC.

Yeah, the Texans' defense has been a bit lethargic lately, especially in the Secondary. We don't play again until December 2. This will be more than enough time for the defense to find out what they have to do to remain stout on defense. That also includes getting sufficient rest after back-to-back Overtimes in five days. Still a lot of season to go and still a lot of time to iron out any kinks, especially if you're a playoff contender.

I don't think Suh is going to be in Detroit after his contract is done. Maybe Miami will sign him so he can relax on the beach instead of kicking people on 8 mile.

He'd be sitting on them instead, or stomping on their chests when they take his spot on the beach.

I won't mind one bit if Chicago signs Suh.
