Isn't that what we want from every game ever...A game that doesn't bore me after 3 hours.

Which roots? My first answer was quite blunt, I know.
Here's what I'm expecting in the 2015 NFS:
- 60 FPS (could be 900p, not a big deal.)
- Varied car list.
- More customization.
- Better handling.
Overall, what I'm expecting NFS 2015 to be is a NFS game going back to its roots.
Which roots?
These roots?

These roots?
Or These Roots?
Oh so you want Need For Speed Hot Underground? Well sorry, you can't have both Underground combined with Hot Pursuit.Both.
No, these roots.Oh. THESE ROOTS
Or a game like Underground. As long as there is open world, customization (proper customization) and cops (not Koenigsegg Agera's) I will be happy.I bet it's Underground, a stock cars open world vs cops is a tired formula.
I wished they went back to the physics of old NFS (U2 and MW). The Burnout physics would never work in a city based map (if U3 is based in a city)@JASON_ROCKS1998 I'd bet all the money there will be customization, I wouldn't bet against cops and open world either, hopefully they nail the physics (more driveclub than burnout)

I'd like a mix of NFS Most Wanted (2005) and Most Wanted (2012) as far as physics goes.Hot Pursuit (2010) used Burnout physics to the max. Most Wanted (2012) tuned it down a little, but it still was very drifty. Despite being in a city environment in Most Wanted (2012), I think it worked okay. Granted, Most Wanted (2012) didn't have nearly as many intersections, side streets and sharp turns that were in Underground, Underground 2, Most Wanted, and Carbon.
They kept the same generally drifty handling model for Rivals, so I'd expect some of that, although I'd like to see a variant on the handling that was used in The Run. You could drift with some ease for that game, but it was hardly drift every single turn and if you got on the shoulder of the road it actually caused issues, which was frustrating at times but made sense. The cars actually felt like they had weight to them, which I find rare in NFS games.
Basically what I want, yesOr maybe a 'driftier' version of NFS Carbon's physics.
Hell yes. Remember the super fun pursuits you could have on MW and Carbon? If it is like any of the following gameplay-wise, I'd buy it:
- Need for Speed 3 (****ing great tracks and cars)
- Hot Pursuit 2 (Same as above)
- Underground 1/2 (still playing part 1 sometimes)
- Most Wanted (the original, not the renamed stuff)
I hope they don't to the simcade route like Shift, nfs must be arcade
Tree'd, i have been. The new NFS title could be reveiled or at least teased very soon in about 4 days:
