Seriously, if EA get up to their usual tricks again, and I have a feeling they will, and limit the replay value so explicitly, I'm not even going to pay them any mind.

You know what, forget what I said about racing. Because I only have Rivals on PS3 plus I don't wanna race on police cars. Remember the Venom and Agera are police exclusive cars. Unless EA releases a SCPD Rebels Pack-like DLC, then maybe we can race.

I want more than just upscaled No Limits. I want open world, loads of cars and tuning (no forcing us to do it this time) and actually LETTING US BUY CARS. Add in proper cops, in fact

3: Dodge Charger - Ram player and bigger roadblocks
4: Dodge Charger - Helicopters, SUV's and spike strips
5: Porsche 911 Turbo - Heavy SUV's and more aggressive cops
6: Porsche 911 Turbo - Very aggressive cops and roadblocks with no gaps.

Didn't finish UG2 because I don't what to do next after modifying my Hummer H2.

Those heat levels remind me of Undercover.

Heat lvl 1 and 2: Police Interceptors plus Undercover Interceptors
Heat lvl 3: Dodge Challenger
Heat lvl 4: Nissan GTR
Heat lvl 5 and max: Porsche 911 Turbo Federal Units plus Rhino SUVS

If it is indeed a upscaled version of No Limits, better have longer races, recurring crews like Eastsiders, The Wraiths, etc. and also more cars plus a livery editor because No Limits didn't have livery.
