purging just ensures you get the best quality nitrous into your system right off the bat...getting rid of the stuff that's been sitting in the tubes and warming up......You could always do the same thing just with C02, and don't have it hooked up to your engine...it's alot cheaper, and gets about the same affect.

yeah..maybe...will see what my mechanic says about it....it either will be a NOS purging kit or just the CO2 like what u said driftster.thanks

The R34 isn't some piece of shi* orange Challenger with a big 01 on the side's. And anyone who say's it's "just a car" has no understanding of what an R34 is.

I'm trying to find someone dumb enough.....err...nice enough to part with a R34 brochure...one that I can read, not japanese. No luck so far....:(

Hey Razor! remember how I was looking for that GTR poster? Well I found one! its 25.00 USD and is 10 feet long! thats almost wallpaper! lol, It should come in the mail soon :D

Hey I read that the new GTR will feature an anti-lag system :) as well as in cylinder injection and displacement on demand, which if they incorperate I will have removed/disabled. Hopefully it will be as simple as pulling a fuse. I want all my cylinders all the time. :D

I hear that the turbines on the GTR will be driven by electric motors (for the anti lag system) do you think this will create a problem for aftermaket turbos? Also what about the injection? I'm not that familiar with the specifics of cylinder injection. I wonder if we will be able to raise feul pressure or swap injectors as easily....

No :(

Although there is this nice chick out there with big knockers, look out for a small girl named Deryn when you're next out there ;)

Good good. I work Monday night, Tuesday afternoon, Friday afternoon and Sunday morning.

So if you pop in on Sunday, I'll be starting at 9am and finishing at 1pm.

*cough* *cough*.....time to bring this thread back to life!

WHat do you think of the speculation on the new GTR's Anti Lag system? supposedly they are teaming up with garret....also a "displacemnt on demand" which will turn off 2 cyl when you dont need them....I will deffinatley pull the fuse on that....then theirs the in cylinder injection....I wonder how that all works out for tunability....that ALS has to have some implications with aftermarket turbos....

2 cyl. off? would they "kick in" at a certain rpm or turbo pressure? a 4 cyl. GT-R, sounds like something honda would do...haha!! Ah, why not they already screwed up the new GT-R enough why not some more.
BTW, good god its been FOREVER since anyone posted in this thread, how many pages back was it?!?!

I guess it's some emissions thing. Anyway as I said I'd pull the fuse on that. It turns them off when your just cruising then when you accelerate a certain amount they'll kick in. the cyl's keep moving but there in so gas being fed to them.

Yeah, on second thought it doesn't sound that bad i mean the power will be there when you need it....wait a second....no I don't like it ONE BIT!!
Run all 6 you emissions pansies, don't listen to energy conservationists and california emissions. Send the new GT-R's to Florida where we don't care about emissions.
I 2nd you on the fuse thing FUSE= PULLED

God that was stupid....:P
