Did you run your car?

Normally I just work them for Robin, but yes I did put the ol tart up and she threw 254kw at the wheels. Not bad for 1 bar of boost.

Not bad? Not bad?! Thats awesome!

It's all right but considering a few of my mate's GTRs are pushing over 370kw at the wheels, mine is ok at best. Have to get you out in it sometime for a quick blat :)

well it isn't the 2fast 2 furious skyline......they WERE going to use it but never did...people still call it that though....no idea why...anyway I think it would look SOOO much better if the stickers were gone....I LOVE that blue tho!

check out what HPI magazine had to say concerning the skyline!

If it's pure, unadulterated performance that lights your fire and you have a spare set of wheels for weekdays, then look no further than a GT-R. It is dynamically superior to the Supra in every performance category and richer in motorsport history

they were comparing the R33 to the supra. The only thing that the supra beat the skyline at was daily drivability and comfort....hehehe

REMEMBER LINKS DONT WORK YET SO COPY AND PASTE IT IN YOUR BROWSER!

They never used that car in the movie?! Well ****...I feel like a jackass now.

Anywho, I loved that car more when it was still under MotoRex possesion. The wing that's on the car is FUGLY! I do like that blue also.

skylineGTR_guy, I have always been meaning to ask you...how exactly do you know soooo muhc about the skylines? I mean, I know basic stuff, but you seem to know every little thing, and you don't even own one?! My hats off to you my man (you should teach me all you know ;) )

Well ever since I've been into cars I found the skyline and fell in love with it. I learned what I could through various car web pages such as www.jbskyline.net but I found that while the internet is a great source to find tons of info alot of the info is contradicting and sometimes made up. I pride myself on knowing "alot" about skylines but I don't think I really know that much...If there is something I dont know I try to look it up. I've read various magazines and I find that sometimes the magazines can be better than the web....The guy who I respect and learn alot from is razorGTR...He really knows his stuff. If I don't know I'll bug him. He's a really nice guy and is really helpfull. He actually sent me Nissan Skyline R33 and R34 manuals al the way from NZ as well as a magazine all at his expense! and he gave it to me a total stranger, he is really a great guy!

If you ever need to know anything just ask and if I don't know I'll do my best to find out!

on another note I'm looking up tons of info on skyline modifications and looking up what my "dream" skyline would consist of....I'll make a list of mods with a price list and post em when I'm done...this will consist mostly of super expensive HKS parts...lol..as I said I'll post it when I'm done!

Hehe

I know a lot, too. Seems like RazorGTR is very helpful :)

I can make an optimum mods list for you, SkylineGTR_guy. Power, reliability, acceleration, top end, driveability (800bhp should be enough). Not all parts will be HKS.

cool! go ahead! I don't know what my list will add up to in terms of power but I'll do it anyway....try to include prices if you can...I want to see what I've gotten myself into and exactly how poor I will be
