Sorry to ask but i know theres a stock only and tuned (productions car) category
but for the racing/non-production, is it for stock racing car only (but allow RS tyres)

Or the ''tuned'' category include all cars racing and production?

Race cars and non-production can have any tyres you want, but you can't upgrade other parts than that. You can adjust suspension and stuff like that though, if the option is available on the stock race cars.

If you make another upgrade than tyres to a race car or a non-production (turbo for example), it will fit into the Tuned Car category. So Tuned Cars can be all types of cars. Though production cars must remain street legal an therefore only use sports softs at best.

New times:

9:16.260 - BMW 2002 Turbo '73 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
Large amounts of torque oversteer, is fishtail-happy at times, and is ridiculously slow (around 124 mph* on Dottinger Hohe). Tires used is CS.

7:17.471 - Fairlady Z Z-Tune (Z33) '03 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
A very nice tuner. Impressive handling, speed, and acceleration (about 170 mph on Dottinger Hohe). Tires used is SH.

8:47.929 - Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z Concept '88 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
Nice muscle car. Its acceleration is great, but starts to lack after the 100 mph mark (about 130 mph on Dottinger Hohe). Tires used is CS.

7:34.473 - Blitz ER34 D1 SPEC '04 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
A nice gangsta-style tuner. Has sheer power, but has massive understeer (I forgot, but I think it obtained 160 mph on Dottinger Hohe). Tires used is SH (Defaults was CS, but it was too little grip for the tuner).

* Its 3rd gear is a bit out-of-place, starting out at a lower RPM than suggested and climbs up very slowly. So probably some gear tuning in place can help out its speed.

Thx niceness :)

, and yes my laptime was with an oil change, and almost 3 sec slower than yours

Yeah. So who are regular drivers? Mike_gt3, Alex p., UnshavenYapper, HJLamont and zedex-somethingsomething? Besides us who already have editing rights...

"zedex-somethingsomething" will be sending you a PM shortly :sly:

Anyways, I've somehow managed to beat two of your times mike_gt3:scared: As usual, both cars have had oil-changes...

7:18.949 - Lexus LFA '10 - BEATEN
Easily the best sounding car in-game (if PD hadn't got the Enzo so wrong :(), and the handling really suits my driving style :)

7:17.593 - Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren (19inch Wheel Option) '09 - BEATEN
Another great sounding car, which PD got almost accurate except for the missing supercharger whine. Relatively neutral handling, and not too much oversteer despite the 644hp. The car is really heavy but has a lot of grip, so apart from some understeer at high speeds, the handling isn't compromised :)

07:52.276 - Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ2 Carrozzata da Zagato CN.AR750105 #130 '65 (niceness-dk) NEW (Might be a non production..)

I've noticed that list is not updated, but that's good because I've beaten myself:

7:28'655 - BMW M5 '05 - BEATEN

And still waiting to cheer myself up with my Aston Martin time. It was written incorrectly (format) so probably that's the cause.

7:38'885 - Aston Martin BD9 Coupe '06 BEATEN

They're written wrong again. 7:28'655= wrong/ 07:28.655=right.

yeah guys PLEASE get the format right, it really makes the updating ALOT easier, but im going to update it now, even with those wrong formated times....

New times:

6:43.994 - Nissan Xanavi NISMO Z '06 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
A very quick and agile GT500. A bit sensitive on throttle, though.

7:15.748 - Lexus Weds Sport IS350 '08 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
A very easy-to-control car. Modulates its throttle very well. A nice starter car for new racers.

TO ALL EDITORS:
When you post your times in the sheet, just write them in the bottom of each sheet, and I will sort them once or twice every day. Be sure, that they are all in the correct format, and that they are in both the production/non-production sheet AND the alfabetical :)

Also, color the text red, so I can see if they are new.

^ That would be the best option in my opinion.

I have a question in mind: since RM cars can be fully tune-able, should we put their laptimes on the Non-production car leaderboard or the Tuner leaderboard?

And as RM cars aren't intended to be street-legal, I guess they can be run with Racing Soft tyres?

That's a good question.. Personally, I like to fully upgrade RM cars, and not just do the Race Modification. Seems a little stupid to have a 60 HP Cappuccino Race car IMO :P So I think, it would be best to fully upgrade them and tune them how you like, and then put them on the Race car leaderboard, and not the tuner board.

You write the time a little wrong. It must be 07:34.473. Not 7:34:473 :) the ":" after the seconds (I really don't know what it is called in English :P) must be a ".", so the spreadsheet doesn't mess it up. And also times under 10 minutes must have a "0" as the first digit, so it will be sorted properly. This is not only to you, but to everyone, who miss that little detail.

i have another question, if there are both a tuned and a stock car, do we put both times on the alfabetic page? just writing (Tuned) behind the name of the tuned car?

Also the blitz is a racecar not a production car :) dont know who put it under production

No. Tuned cars don't go on the alfabetical, because then there will have to be many of the same car on that list eventually. People use different settings etc. for the tuned cars.. If you see what I mean?

I put the Blitz there. My bad. It went a little fast :P

Oh, I apologize for that. I'll fix that now.

I originally intended RM cars to be stock Race Cars/non-production, and therefore if you tuned them they'd go in the tuned car category. That's what I did with my Corvette Z06 C6 RM, as it could have used 850BHP but I only used around 600bhp.

Yeah, I know. And that is also how we are going to do it here.. Guess my RM cars will have to go under the Tuned category..

03:15.897-RedBull X2010 Prototype NEW - csdts
(all assists off)
If it's better to prove that time,I'll upload leaderboard , so please tell me.

No need for proofing imo, but a replay of the lap would be great, just to see it :). Never heard anyone driving faster than that.. Big props!! 👍 👍

I think it's a drift car. I remembered testing it on TGTT, and had tendency to slide through corners. So that kind of handling could rightly be a drift car.

well driftcars are kinda a racecar, but it comes on comfort soft, and the description also says its a creation of a famours drifter :)

Here is a video showing the description for that car. It clearly says the car is street-legal and is designed as a drift car, but if it was never made into production and the car was made as a one-off, it must be classed as a Race/Non-Production Car.

Thanks bonobo, il put some racing tyres on that thing and take it for a spin then.
