07:13.005 - Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 '08 (Timppaq) UPDATE

there's still realistic 1,0-1,5 secs to take for me but really hard not to do much mistakes on a full lap.

I'll try to update the spreadsheet....

edit,

UPDATED

Yes, I do adjust the bias, otherwise braking is impossible :ouch: It doesn't give any noticeable performance advantage/disadvantage though; using ABS itself gives more of an advantage :)

Ok, dont worry im not trying to discredit your time hehe, i will do my best and try again! :D i rarely apply full brake even on ABS1 the brake distance is most of the time worst if i hit full brake, ill give it a try without ABS, do you mind sharing your brake bias setup? im just curious and want to test it out, i never tested without ABS so that would be a good opportunity :)

EDIT: I tried it, id need too much time to get used to it, its harder to drive but i managed to get a faster split time i think it help getting into corners faster sometimes, its more balanced under braking. But ill stick to the ABS1 haha lol :D like you said theres no really advantage or disadvantage, unless you can perfectly master the brake control then i can see benefit but the ABS also help... :)

Theres still room for improvement with the LFA but im tired, did a 12 hours shift today at the job and i will fall asleep on the wheel lol, will retry tomorow.

If you can beat the F40 time then i dont know what i will do :scared: lol

I was really pushing on this lap, and still running ABS: Off. Afterwards, I almost did a lap around 0.4 seconds quicker, although I had to crash on the last corner :banghead::ouch::grumpy:👎:dunce:

07:16.458 - Lexus LFA '10 (zedextreme8177) - BEATEN
There's still some room for improvement in this lap, the car feels quite lazy and that it can go faster ;)

One tip for the F40 is to prevent the car from sliding, as much as possible. With the long gears, shifting at around 8000rpm puts the engine back into the powerband rather easily. I can't recall my brake bias setting, but it should be set at 5-0

Spreadsheet is being updated has been updated

Good job!

New time:

07:19.179 - Nissan GT-R Black Mask '07 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
Same as every other GT-R, but with black masks on the front and rear portions of the car. NOTE: OIL CHANGED!

Should have more laps to post over the weekend :)

7:16.009 - Lexus LFA '10 (Pavulon1) BEATEN

I've tried five times to complete the lap , but crashed always somewhere in third sector. And then boom - completed the lap with low 7:16. Replay saved

Updated,

Would it be a good idea to add PP figures also to the car data? Just to see what cars do well..?

Don't get mad at me dear editors , but I've noticed that there is mistake on the list in my case of BMW M5 run. I've done 7:28.655 in BMW M5 08' (not 05') beating Alex p. time of 7:32.354. Would be nice if .. you know. So:

7:28.655 - BMW M5 08' (Pavulon1) BEATEN

If you want to copy and paste :)👍

I'm in with PP's. This Nordschliefe TT stuff really grips me.

Updated, even if it was without the first zero :dopey:

:D

Any clue of the PP?

edit,

Going to be away the weekend.. I hope someone beats my Gallardo time so I get the needed motivation to run again next week and meet my target time 👍

sorry guy's iv had a little break from this, but need to race online too, so i can stay alittle competitive, but i will try and get some times in now.

Im a fan of writing the pp on car on the spreedsheat too, i'v been thinking about if we should add a Drivetrain page too?

08:52.632 - Audi quattro '82 (niceness-dk) NEW
06:41.641 - Audi R8 LMS Race Car '09 (niceness-dk) BEATEN

Oh.. And PP is a good thing to have on the list. Just on the alfabetical. But I can't see a purpose of having drivetrain on the list, because that is the same for every driver. PP changes after oil change, overhauling, after a certain distance (for new cars) and so on, so that can be useful.

Edit:

Okay, I'm officially waiting for my wheel to arrive after ramazan, before even attempting to beat that time :ill: Great job! 👍

07:27.845 - Audi R8 4.2 FSI R tronic '07 (zedextreme8177) - BEATEN
Incredible neutral handling, with a hint of oversteer under braking. Due to the relatively low engine power, there isn't too much understeer compared to the other 4WD cars 👍

07:34.820 - Lamborghini Mirua P400 Bertone Prototype CN.0706 '67 (zedextreme8177) - BEATEN
Now who would expect a 44 year-old car to do such a laptime  It handles great and corners well thanks to the 980kg weight. Still have to break it in properly so I'll be giving this lap another try later :)

07:36.668 - Aston Martin DB9 Coupe '06 (zedextreme8177) - BEATEN
One of my favorites to drive around in, especially at night with the headlights set to low-beam :sly:

I also support the addition of PP to the alphabetical list, although I don't really know how to do it myself :ouch:

and thx for the update on the spreadsheet :)

New time:

08:04.845 - Aston Martin DB7 Vintage Coupe '00 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
Pretty decent enough car. Understeers a little, because of its heavy weight (1775kg). But still maintains good cornering ability.

That's not new :P but you did beat my old time..

Isn't it Vantage btw? :)

Oh, I didn't check if there was already a time. And yep, it's Vantage :P By the way, New time:

6:07:097 - Suzuki Escudo Dirt Trial Car '98 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
An insane rally car! An absolute monster through corners! And its acceleration  But of course, it is built for hill/mountain-climbing. Note that I had TCS set to 2 in order to conquer this beast! Gonna re-attempt in the future at TCS 1.

If I remember correctly from Gran Turismo 4, the thing did 220mph flat out and was insanely fast and great acceleration, but terrible in the corners. Though my Stage 4 Turbo may have caused that, with 1200BHP (it'd do 270mph with the Turbo but struggled to get around Test Course let alone the Nordschleife). ;)

It handled great on Nordschleife. They were a bit problems here and there because of its downright quick acceleration, but I got through no problems. My Escudo has 1022 HP and bought it a couple of hours ago. I'm re-attempting it w/ TCS 1 and another with the highest possible HP I can squeeze out of it in the future ;)

I'm surprised no one set times w/ this monster yet.
