I don't have one, but if I did I'd try it. I recently bought the Peugeot 908HDi FAP and was surprised by how difficult it was to control, even with RS Tyres. Though TCS 3 solved that problem. It's still hard but I can actually drive it now. ;)

I don't have that car yet, as it's always in the NCD and need to save up for UCD cars. I'm probably gonna set a time in the 905 next ;)

Alright, two new very slow entries, driven between 3-3:30am, you can imagine I was gonna fall asleep.

18:04.292 - Subaru SUBARU 360 '58 (Alex p.)

15:11.596 - Fiat 500 F '65 (Alex p.)

If I can't be the fastest...

^^

Willing to take another Fiat, the Fiat 500 R '72?

New time:

07:55.245 - Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII GSR '03 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
Pretty nice car. Cornering ability is very well for a 4WD; very little understeer. NOTE: Oil Changed!

Its good to put them on the list, even if that 360 was probably dangerous enought to fall asleep on the wheel :D

And you still have some fast laps up top! :)

Sorry guys, I get busy during the schooldays so can't get online everyday :grumpy:

Anyways, a few laps:

10:19.913 - Mazda Autozam AZ-1 '92 (zedextreme8177) - NEW
Another great-handling Kei-car, with a lovely engine sound. Being an MR, it's a bit more twitchy compared to the Cappuccino's handling :)

10:14.039 - Suzuki Cappuccino (EA11R) '91 (zedextreme8177) - NEW
A bit slower than the EA21R variant, but handles just as good through the corners 👍

07:35.990 - Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C5) '04 (zedextreme8177) - BEATEN
Another great drive, really predictable and has got a reasonable amount of oversteer. Oh, and the sound of the 6th gear kicking in sends chills up my spine :sly:

07:14.912 - Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (C6) '09 (zedextreme8177) - BEATEN
*Promptly waits for mike_gt3 to beat this time* :scared:

07:03.226 - TVR Tuscan Speed 6 '00 (Fully tuned, SS tyres) (zedextreme8177) - NEW
A total 🤬 to drive, maybe a better tune would help. I love it anyways though, the car has won me a lot of online races :dopey:

06:36.392 - Lexus IS F Racing Concept '08 (zedextreme8177) - NEW
Great handling, excellent turn-in when going into corners :) Oh, and that engine sound

06:35.642 - Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR '10 (Fully tuned, SS tyres) (zedextreme8177) - NEW
Not as oversteery as you'd expect for a 1016hp car. In-fact, you can get a lot of underteer when accelerating out of a corner due to the immense grip and traction :ouch:

Spreadsheet Updated!

Tuned car:

9:23.313 - Honda Z ACT '70 Fully Tuned, Sports Soft (Woodski_427)

This was the first clean lap, could shave a good bit of time though I reckon. Good fun car, even on the 'Ring.

Just avoid the high curbs - I bounced into the wall on a couple of attempts and fully rolled it over once and landed back the wheels :)

Don't underestimate the mighty Scooby! :) I tried with full tune, but it's a bit hard to keep stable with the rear engine layout. 💡 Turns into a great drift machine though...

New time:

08:02.522 - Chevrolet Corvette GRAND SPORT (C4) '96 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
This car is perfect for Nordschleife. A nice balance of understeer and oversteer (neutral) makes it a cozy ride through The Green Hell.

06:15.795 - Peugeot 905 Race Car '92 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
A very smooth Group C. However, it is unmatched with the other Group Cs in the game. But still, it is a unique car with predictable handling.

I think my times are pretty slow.. The 905 can do a whole lot better time than a 6:15...

Some new laps :)

07:11.511 - Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (C6)'09 (mike_gt3) BEATEN
Oil changed, car has 192.8km (119miles)

08:38.162 - Chevrolet SSR '03 (mike_gt3) NEW
(Heavy, only 4 gears so it doesnt feel sporty, have good traction though exiting corners.)

08:29.252 - DMC DeLorean S2 '04 (mike_gt3) NEW
(Watchout when you hit 88mph... :scared: its well balanced but if you push too much you will get a good amount of oversteer, lack some top end power so i shift early.)

I did 2 laps with those, i wanted to add some new cars to the list :)

Sorry for not updating or participating lately. There are some private things, which are very time consuming. If it'll take a couple of days or weeks, I don't know.. But I will be back when possible.

Happy to see that you guys keep it going! 👍

Same here.

No problem, there will still remain a lot of cars to run for the database! :D
Hope you guys get back behind the wheel fast!

:)

Some more submissions :)

06:48.722 - Mine's BNR34 SKYLINE GT-R N1 base '06 (mike_gt3) BEATEN
(Great car but it doesnt sound like the real one unfortunatly :( )

06:38.981 - Amuse S2000 GT1 Turbo (mike_gt3) BEATEN
(^^Good car but have to stay away from the cobblestone, or it will jump and throw the car off balance.)

racing/non-production

07:04.762 - Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI Rally Car '99 (mike_gt3) NEW
(racing soft tires, downforce (10,18), rear brake bias set at 2, oil changed) 320hp 500PP

New times:

6:00:050 - Audi R8 Race Car (Audi Team Playstation Oreca) '05 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
It's just an Audi R8 Race Car with a different team and livery. NOTE: Oil Changed! Generated ~710PP or 828HP!

8:01:152 - Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR T.M. SCP '99 (elitedriver123) <-- NEW
A blast to drive on Nordschleife. The AYC Controller makes it corner very well. However the initial turn-in can be a bit too "responsive" at times.

nice times, gonna see what i can do with my zr1 rm, sadly i only have a dual shock 3 :(

edit:
managed to get 7:21.554 with a fully upgraded 2009 Corvette C6 ZR1
Racing softs
Driving line off
traction control off
Skid recovery off
active stearing off
asm off
abs 3
controller sensitivity 7

proof can be provided, dont see it necessary since the time is pathetic tho .

Thx for posting a time, but next time please make sure it is faster than the time already posted, theres already a 07:16.xxx posted by Bonobo,
if your time is slower no need to post :)

And the form should look like this if you beat a time or bring a new one:

07:21.554 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (C6) RM '09 (TheFreak) BEATEN or NEW

:)

07:03.226 - TVR Tuscan Speed 6 '00 (Fully tuned, SS tyres) (zedextreme8177) - NEW
A total 🤬 to drive, maybe a better tune would help. I love it anyways though, the car has won me a lot of online races :dopey:

I found it understeers at high speed, almost as if the front end lifts up and reduces grip. Worst is the left kink under the bridge on the long final straight - was slightly off line once and it just did not turn:ouch:

Change oil, rebuild engine etc. That's all.
Run it boi!!
Just make sure you actually beat a time or post a new one :P

15:35.547 in a stock Go-Kart.

Since that time is slower than the existing lap, it's not going on the spreadsheet :dopey:

It seems to be a common issue to all tuner cars which have only the rear downforce available :irked:

Anyways, some laps from me:

08:18.263 - Chevrolet Corvette Convertible (C3) '69 (zedextreme8177) - NEW
Rather well handling for a classic muscle car, though it's top speed is limited to 219km/h :ouch:

08:25.920 - Jay Leno Tank Car '03 (zedextreme8177) - BEATEN
No comments, really :odd:

07:51.038 - Lotus Elise 111R '04 (zedextreme8177) - BEATEN
Great handling car, a bit oversteery when going into; and accelerating out of corners. Overall, an excellent car and great laptime for just 203hp :)

07:33.982 - RUF CTR "Yellow Bird" '87 (zedextreme8177) - BEATEN
Managed to take almost 6 seconds off my previous fastest laptime. The key is to prevent the lengthy drifts as much as possible and letting off the throttle on high speed corners to keep the car stable.

06:35.963 - Chevrolet Camaro Z28 RM '69 (Fully Tuned, RS Tyres) (zedextreme8177) - NEW
Beautiful car, beautiful exhaust note and overall, a great car. The handling can be a bit twitchy at times though :indiff:

Anyways, as with niceness and Alex.p, my update times might be a bit less than before. I am a bit busy with my tests coming :(

Spreadsheet Updated!

Here, others will update it.
Btw, put your nick behind the name of the car, and a 0 before the 7, so 07:xxxxxxxxxx

When i do a time i put here, or on this table?
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhczkIdlA9d9dDhtU1hSQ3JzVWVfSDljdlBlQ0FuTHc&hl=en#gid=2

07:34.258 - Nissan GT-R Black Mask (Max Cavalera) New
Great car, i love this car. Its so smoth driving this car.

07:57.257 - Dodge Viper GTS '99 (Max Cavalera) New

One of the my favorite cars of all time. Really good to do corners while drift...

With your GT-R laptime, a faster laptime exists for the same car, so it won't be going on the table :ouch:

However, your Viper GTS time doesn't exist already, so it will be going on the table :D

Spreadsheet updated again :)
