Oh, and for those interested, I'm in the process of making a very similar thread for the Top Gear Test Track, same rules apart from the Standing start rule.
To do a standing start, go into Practice mode as you would do normally and then as the car is handed to you when you start, simply park the car as close to the start line as possible without starting a lap. It can be difficult and may take some practice, as often you can accidentally start a lap too soon or alternatively give yourself an advantage by not going close enough to the line.Yes. I like that. But, how we can do a Standing Start?
Theres a sub 7 minute topic with people achieving it with the Mclaren and a few other cars (Mainly the S2000 on top of the list in this topic...)
If anyone has one, I'd love to know how fast the Stratos Rally Car can go round here.

I could try. Always like a challenge

LSD: 50, 50, 50. Downforce: 5, 35. RH tires.
I'm probably taking another lap, as I messed up on some points and it rev-limited a bit early on Hottinger Hohe.
thx for sacrifying yourself Alex!! lol
Agreed, I could never beat some of mike or zedextreme's times, so it's better for me at least to set new times. Some of my times are up to 15% slower than mike's.It's "Döttinger Höhe".^^
No problem!
I decided to run only the slowest cars from now on, so that the list can be filled faster, as most people tend to drive the faster cars and thus often beating times instead of setting new ones.
But I'm not bickering, to each his own right?đź‘Ť

Exactly. As long as it's fun. And yes for any Racing car you can use RS Tyres.
mike, would you be interested in setting some times on the TGTT?

not by much. i made a few "deliberate" mistakes as well so there is a bit of time left in there. overstears like a beast. its like a mini speed 12
^^
RH tires are already a bit too grippy for the Stratos, but I'll probably try it in Softs. Also, I have a bunch of Lancers and Skylines so I'll set some times in those too And your welcome on the setup. I think the LSD could do some work so you can gain an advantage in it.
