Now it seems confirmed that their databases were also hacked and several unreleased films set free into internet-land. But not the one about Kim Jong Un. That was lucky for him!

The broadcast continued: "It is our firm resolution to counteract through our own nuclear strikes [if the United States] provokes a nuclear war [against North Korea), and bring the U.S. to an early demise with our own pre-eminent cyberwarfare if the U.S. tries to bring us down through a cyberattack.

On paper it might seem like the DPRK is a rational actor as it has sometimes been able to get the United States to give them assistance in return for scaling back the DPRK's nuclear program. The most notable example was the support the Clinton administration gave to the DPRK in return for the DPRK heavily scaling back its nuclear program
