I'm debating what wheel to start off with for gt's 3 and 4 maybe more, either a g27 or a driving force pro... Or a ps4 controller with a ps2 adapter.. Should i go for the gusto and buy the '27 now (first instead of waiting) or go stage by stage with the DS4 first?

If you have used any modern wheels the Driving Force Pro will be a painful experience so G27 would be my recommendation.

IIRC a G27 is not that happy (possibly doesn't work at all) on GT3 as GT3 only used about 200 degrees of steering and I don't think that the G27 can cope with that. I use a DFP with it's built-in 200/900 degree switch when I'm playing GT3/4.

A G29 would be a better choice than a G27 unless you are planning to play old games, for which you can use the DFP.

Isn't the g29 for ps3 on up? I'm going to get a classic ps2 (pre-slim) for the fact it would be immediately cheaper, i already have the games and other systems not only cannot play ps2 games but are also expensive
