I can't wait to try out all of the cars in this pack, all are different and even the idea of the Prowler (however ghastly I find it) appeals to me. Very happy to see the Maserati in this pack though, I've always been a fan of the Maserati Gran Turismo so to have the Trofeo in the game will be great. Of course seeing the MP4/4 in the pack triggered me to watch Senna again, now the extremely long wait for the update to hit

I can't understand the people who complain that nothing in any pack interests them and that they deserve a refund for the car pass, if your interest is in such a small and focused selection of cars why buy the car pass? Surely these people can also find some enjoyment out of the cars which do get added even if they wouldn't have chose them to add to the game.

The Prowler is a really odd inclusion with everything else there, but honestly the one that interests me most. It was always a really weird car to drive from what I read (highly advanced manufacturing process, no expense spared construction, great weight distribution and far more grip than it could actually use and a peppy engine with light weight; but deliberately tuned as a boulevardier); so it would be cool to try and mess with it in a game.

The youtube comments show that *this* generation, whatever this generation is, is the very worst. No one needs moar supercars.
I'm the first to throw stones at Turn 10 when they stuff up but this DLC pack is probably one of the best DLC packs ever going back to Forza 4.
The MP4/4 is probably the best Formula 1 car of all time, by the best team of all time, driven by two of the best drivers of all time, in the best season of all time.
1988 15/16 races.
I dont think its ever been captured on games in the modern generation, hell McLaren wouldnt even grant Sony to use it in their Senna memorial which is the ultimate irony. The red and white car driven by the guy with the green and yellow helmet.
Australians will be loving the A9X. Iconic car, never seen before in games.
The other cars are less iconic but really, they are 7/10 to 8/10 cars in a normal day.
The only thing I would expect is that you cant use the MP4/4 in the modern F1 races.
This is a *structural' complaint about Forza. We have ONE modern F1 car, one 1980s F1 car and three 1970s F1 cars.
I dont think thats enough to generate a useful class race besides the 1970s.
I kinda wish there was at least TWO x 1980s, 1990s and modern F1 cars to 'flesh out' the field for meaningful races.

Having three cars per class would be great but since Forza has a livery editor I don't mind it if there are only two or there is just a single car per class such as with the Lotus F1 2015, it also helps keep racing close.
I prefer that than having those horrible grids that didn't make sense when they would mix open wheel cars, old cars, vans and stuff, that used to happen quite a lot in GT but I think it was sort of fixed in GT6 and I'm glad I've hardly seen that in Forza. Actually I think it only happens in Free Play mode.

Not gonna happen. Bernie E has made sure that NO game developer (other than Codemasters or whoever has the F1 license at any given time) puts two or more cars from the same season from a season after 1981(?) in the same game; otherwise, it's considered a depiction of Formula 1 racing from a legal standpoint, even if the phrases "F1," "Formula 1," etc. are completely absent from the game.

I'm eager to see what specs the MP4/4 will have. It should have around 650-700hp as it was the last year for the turbo cars and the FIA had restricted them a lot more than in the previous years. Should be interesting to see if there's a body option to get the later car's sidepod scoops as well. Hopefully they modeled the shifter correctly in cockpit view
Also interesting, all 6 original chassis are still around today, even the one Senna binned at Monaco, although repaired... 5 of them belonging to McLaren (4 are in Woking, one is on loan to the Donington museum) and 1 belongs to Honda (frequently seen at the Motegi Collection Hall)

Do as much as people love it I wish we could have the MP4/6 from '91 with the V12. Still should be good to drive though, I except it to be about the same Pi as the Audi R8 and Bentley Speed 8.
Yeah Forza needs to model proper drivetrains in the future. The R18 etrons in FM6 just act like all the power is from the engine (whereas Pcars does it properly. And no cars have their gearboxes correctly, I.e. dual clutch cars ingame still have a gap between shifts, and auto boxes aren't modelled at all either.
