Steg I think you should do an individual write up about each person, a few lines on what you thought :P

Are you being serious

If I told you all what I thought I would have no mates left here

Joke...

You were all very good to race with, a few of you kept me on my toes more than others but overall everyone did a top job:)👍

Lol I've had my fair share of criticism this season another won't bother me xD now we both know your only using excuses ;)

Yeah.. it would have been great to have Barn in the TVR championship... But what a finish! Talk about ending the championship on a high! :)

Wow, you're right, you were close there, you were much closer there than I first thought :dunce:. I was so focused on regaining grip and chasing Barn that I didn't notice you were behind me until a few corners later, because before the mistake I just focused on Barn (which was then in 2nd) and the gap I had to him. Perhaps this was a good thing, if I would have noticed you were that close I would have gotten much more nervous :nervous: and begun looking back all the time and maybe I would have done another mistake.

I spent time setting the car for the Karusell as you were talking about. When I practiced, it was incredibly hard to take that corner fast without spinning off, it was my obvious Achilles heal so I went for a high ride height (around +20 both front and rear) and settings the dampers and springs quite hard. That made it possible to take it at about 80-90kph (about 50+ mph) securely. I never dared to go higher than that in the race, way too much risk.

:) I forgot I made a small mistake in the first lap too, where you and Sicwhitt passed me. After I recovered and noticed you were in 2nd, I also had a smile on my face, I knew this could turn out really good, maybe a 1-2 finish, because you rarely make any big mistakes (if any at all) and this race was no different 👍

You sold yourself a bit short in your earlier post mate, you were on pole not second 👍
Watching you in the replay you always looked composed through Karusell, you obviosly did a great job setting the car up, something I should have spent more time on and considering we had so much time for practice there was no excuse really. I won't be slacking off next season though ;)

Thanks for the kind words :) Well, after all you did win 5 races in the NSX championship... we others had no chance to be honest, it took too long before I (and R35) came up to speed and began winning races... At that point you were already too far ahead 👍

Lessons I will bring from this championship to the TVR championship will mainly be: 1. Get up to speed earlier in the season so that jonzster doesn't get a huge lead  and 2. Stop making myself my biggest enemy  meaning: make less mistakes... I made 3 mistakes in Nürburgring alone. In addition I made a big mistakes in the La Sarthe and High Speed Ring races too... without anybody else touching me :banghead:

Here is Part 1 - of the NSX RM season finale, enjoy :)

Thanks, the replay is great as always! 👍 The Google Earth intro is as cool as always. Seems a lot of people had problems with Karusell... I noticed two funny things: Barn must have turned on the windshield wipers by either mistake or delibaretly. And R35 uses the horn to stress people and it seems it works  I also noticed Barn was a lot more aggressive in the Karusell and Schwalbenschwanz than me, perhaps I was a little too careful there hehe.

Many thanks for your kind words on the video 👍 Made a few needless errors myself mate, dropped a wheel onto the grass whilst trying to make sure Seb had room to come by as he was much faster and lost control and span, should have backed off and dropped in behind.

Yeah noticed the wipers on a few of the guys cars have been turned on. I know when I used the DS3 I would accidently press to hard on the anlogue stick and click down on it resulting in the wipers coming on, but because I've always used cockpit I turned them off straight away. I guess if your'e using some of the other views you wouldn't notice they are on.

Um...you guys did know by turning on your wimdshield wipers you got an extra ten-fifteen horsepower right?.......right?

P.S. thx for the video uploads to jonzster. :)

They give 20 extra horsepowers! ;)

Yeah, I saw your crash on the replay. Looked like a quite big impact, luckily it didn't give the glitch. Nürburgring isn't the most forgiving track to say the least... I fell eager to start the new season now! I have tried the TVR Tuscan Speed 6 RM for a few short races... It's surprisingly understeery I think (already experimenting on settings to counter that :sly: isn't that hard though, just need to change the suspension, toe etc) and the medium tyres will probably make pitstops more rare, but I can imagine that the TVR Tuscan will be a good foundation for some exciting races! If it gets half as exciting as the NSX championship was, I'm gonna be pleased. :D Gonna be fun racing new circuits too.

Yeah it was lucky mate, I had much more minor instances in practice that resulted in the glitch. Hope it gets fixed with spec 2.0, would be good to see the car used in some other race series.
It's gonna be great racing without fear of the glitch again, can't wait for the TVR championsip to start.

Finally got part 2 of our season finale uploaded, make sure you watch all the way to the end (especially Green Team) ;)

Had alot of things not happened, (false start, sic bring something that rhymes with his name, spinning out alot) things might have been different for alot of racers at the ring

Yeah but you have to admit this was neither of our races, we were both posting 6:50ish times, were as Barn, Toffe, Sic, Seb were all well into the 6:40's. Seb (I think it was, there were 3 Massiv White cars lol) did a 6:41.xx one time.

One could really see how hard Barn was pushing in the 2nd part... especially on the two last laps. The last lap looked like a drift championship  but still fast. 👍

You're definitely right about the glitch... It's gonna be nice to not have to worry about that with the TVR. But I also liked the NSX, it was a great racecar. Seemed easy to handle at first, but when racing and having >20% tyres left, it was not so easy anymore!

Just watched the end of part 2 Jonzster, awesome work :)

Honestly I usually skip once the cars have crossed the line but cheers for the heads up 👍

Once again mate all the guys really appreciate the effort you went to in giving us the greatest ever GT5 Race Highlights ;)

The Ring is Seb's local track , would of most likely been him 👍

He is the Ringmeister

Yeah when your tyres got that low was when the challenge really kicked in 👍
