Well tuning 5pp less should keep us starting ahead of them and if they start racing with us then we just race.

I tried running 595 and 600 with them last night. It's not perfect either way. The GTR's handle so differently that there are bound to be some accidents. Frankly, I think we'd be better off letting them all go by and get a good half lap in front of us first, but I know it's way too late in the game to start planning something like that.

Lost connection for first fuji race, and both suzuka races...
Cudadude was racing DIRTY and in my opinion should be disqualified. Note: He wasn't racing dirty because the car is hard to handle either. For example: Turn 1 Fuji race 2 I watched a GTP racer slide off to the outside after being used like guard rails by cudadude... and on turn 1 again on the last lap he intended to use ME as a guard rail but he was turned into a ghost and went sailing off course, but that didn't stop him from doing it again on the next turn after the non GTP racer nuged me off to the side a little, and this time I went sailing off course (thanks to cudadude), and was now in 5th worked my way back to second and then I got bumped again on the last turn and went from second among the GTPers to third... (frustrating night tonight)

I've never been disconnected FOUR TIMES IN A ROW on Suzuka... phantom it wasn't your fault, every other host's connection crashed too with more than 12 players. We should host tournaments later at night just to avoid the rush. I'm all for these tournaments, but this is unthinkably bad. I'm going to go cool off now.

Funny how slow you drive and thinking that no one will hit you. Simply amazing man. Your in a tournament. People are gonna drive harder than a normal friendly race. But o well, you don't know what to do in situations as competitive as that. And yes, you had really bad lag at times and it seemed like you braked checked me a lot of corners but I'll take it that it was lag.

I was simply trying to be clean because that car is hard to stay clean in. I try to keep form and stay clean even though it is a tournament, and no I never intentionally brake checked you, so it must have been lag... and even with lag if someone goes flying through you off the track, they were trying to use you as a guard rail, point blank...

I owe you an apology, what I saw with the one guy going off track could have been from lag, I was just perturbed you you went sailing through me and way outside, so I associated the 2 together, sorry if I jumped to conclusions...

Nice to see an all 512 grid! I just lost my nerve on this one after I got, how can I say it, moved out of the track. Then on it was all my fault. Please don't laugh at me when you see this one

I used TCS 2 for the start but when I turned it off I spun myself
Lots of bumping&rubbing out there I think everyone had one or two. Lag was so so. Good 512 fun me.


Suzuka

This one was good. But I have to say that I really hate racers who can't control EVO's... lame.


15 points for me.

Just 3 races out of 5 what a shame. Is amazing how people gets affected by the fact that a car that they can't even make 1 turn is in front of them, talking about the AWD punters of course. We have to do something about this tournament, too many people in the races, call me paranoid but the fact that the exact times of the races is open to everyone, could be the fault. IMO

What about fixed points for races disconnected, if we don't get fixed points people who had the joy of get more races than Group A will have an advantage.

Guys,

I only got (crappy cell phone) pics of race 1, 2 and 5. Race 3 (second race at Suzuka) never happened because of server disconnects. I don't have the whole finishing order for race 4, but I finished 1st, and NapoleonMikey was 2nd (but he should have had the win if weren't for getting bumped around by a non-GTPer.

Man I was so pissed about 20 mins ago and even said I was not going to run anymore tournys..So its cool man, I get so pissed when things don't go right..e.i punting..when I beat myself its ok..that was me, but when someone else alters my race I get really mad.

well over all it wasnt a bad round for group B i do say. a few races with punters but they didnt pose to much of a threat (did cost me first though but ended up getting second so not bad) but the next round should be nice seeing as we wont be more worried about who can keep the car on the track longest and more on overtaking (though i still wish more people would have voted for the vette so i could dominate). well lets put this round in the books and start preparing for the next one.

I've been in many a fight through the years i.e. Karting, mini stock, street stock, and late models after races where I get dumped or some knuckle head does something stupid where I have to spend a whole week fixing my car and dumping a bunch of money into something I shouldn't have to. But I'm very passonate and competive and I hate losing. At least with video games you don't have to fix your car if you wreck it.
