I Just thought I would point out the ones who hit me multiple times. You just happen to be one of those drivers.

One more thing, you didn't ruin my night, it just made it worse when your own guys are driving to the back of you. I would expect that from a non-GTP, but someone who has tenure that is doing that. Come on man!

There was a lot of 🤬 up 🤬 tonight. Not just you. So don't start feeling sorry for yourself. If you feel like you need to leave, then audios. But I don't think you should vacate just because of one person mentioning your name. Stick around. But thats just my opinion.

There is a lot of drama that happens within racing. This is just part of that drama. Drivers talk about the things that happen to them in a race.

It's funny that the move you apologized to mkay for in Race 1 to the line also put me into the pit wall. Your slash from inside to outside on entry into the chicane on the last lap of Race 4 dropped me from P2 to P4 by the line. Interesting how different perspectives work.

I try to race as clean as possible. Maybe I'm just not very good. I certainly have no "tenure" here; just showed up a few months ago based on an invite from other racers.

If some other n00b called me out I wouldn't flinch, but you're obviously a good driver and respected guy in this forum. If I'm pizzing you off I'm sure Im pizzing others off as well, which is the last thing I want to do. Therefore, I'll drop out of this series and maybe give organized racing another try down the line. I'm sure no one will shed a tear for me.

In my defense, I can't see what you guys are doing around me. I don't have time to look, I don't use the in car view, as I feel its restricted in what you can see. I almost ran a few guys off the track because I didn't see them. I am sorry about your mis-fortune, but I can't change the past. I don't intentionally run guys off the track or hit them. But if we want to start talking about mis-fortunes, then we can mention the instances where your actions effected me negatively. But, hey, its not worth it, its just a race. Not real.

BTW, I didn't exactly apologize to mkay, he deserved that. We had a conversation about that instance. But you didn't deserve to be impacted because of my actions. For that I do apologize for.

You would be really upset too if you had the kind of night we did in Clubman! But this is true, after 4 races crappy races, I do tend to get a little rowdy!

Yea no need to leave the series! There was a lot of contact going on, mainly due to impatience I think and diving in at the first occasion (I'm also guilty of at least one ill-advised attack over the 4 races).
But I think when you see the videos everyone will agree that some of our races were really aggressive. We'll definitely have to tone down the aggressiveness if we're going to be racing F40s at Suzuka next week...

I think we're all responsible for at least one bad decision, whatever the reason, and my videos show that (except for Earth who seems to always be the victim ) Race 4 especially was a bloodbath. But at the end of the day, it was still more fun than racing against the average Joe who disconnects after a couple laps, and I thank Earth again for his efforts with the organization. The more we are, the better in my opinion.

Anyway, my video footage should be on youtube by tomorrow morning. It's taking FOREVER to upload!

Thanks for posting that. Earth does deserve a lot of credit. He spends all of this time setting this up and then get shafted many times during each race. Earth is my role model guys, he respects and races everyone with respect. You won't see him over driving and slamming into a guys quarter panel on an exit.

I just can't stand how I was raced tonight by a few. It just gets under my skin, and it makes me race sloppy.

I dunno, maybe we all need to be a little more aware that there's precious little glory in winning this series, the audience is kinda small, (OK, just one, DK) and at the end, the best you can hope for is a good deal of respect from those you race against. I think Earth is the epitome of this. I know I truly respect a guy that races me hard, knows he can beat me, but is willing to concede a corner because he guesses it's more likely it'll just get messy, rather than attempt to pull off the miracle pass that'll be talked about for generations. I'm an also-ran, but I've had the likes of FAK_EV1L, Hugo and Rudi Raser show me that courtesy. The fact that they're extremely fast is impressive, but their fairness makes me respect them. *Twisty steps off soapbox, stumbles, but recovers just before plowing into the throng of paparazzi gathered about the driver that actually won the race*

I tried to F40 with S3 tires..its so fun. For ten laps we must keep it together. Some will parish, some will falter and some will prevail!

Earth, we must run on S3 tires..Its so fun. All of the horse power, but no tires to use it. I don't think there was a lap out of 15 that I didn't go off the track or slow down to catch a slide.

Heys guys .... first of all, I must apologize. I tried getting into all 4 races to do trackside camera work. Unfortunetly, and as expected, I got my usual "failed to connect to host" error message in 3 of them so I only got a little footage in race 3. Secondly, I have to apologize for the really crappy job I did in recording and camera work. I have never recorded in this fashion before (stationary, trackside) and the joy stick panning operation was terribly jerky. I consider this a test and a learning experience. I know I can do better eventually

The upside, is that the small amount of footage I did get is in HD and can be watched on "full screen" with no difficulty. You do have to give it a moment to buffer though.

I was only able to record Race 1, 2 and part of 4. Race 2 was probably the best, and is a very entertaining race to watch Race 1 is also good to. Not my best driving ever, but it was good enough to get the job done

Zissou: The only other person with me in Race 3 was Rafajole and about 6 other LR drivers...the rest being un-tagged drivers. You can thank the LR guys for party crashing and seperating our grids Not my fault one bit...even if I did get the easy victory. It was out of my control.

The tires for the Ferrari F40 will be R2/R2

If we can establish the rule that I discussed with Earth (about letting the non-GTP guys in front at the start of the race), we might have some even more interesting racing ahead of us!

A delayed start will be in order for the next round. I thought that 1 or 2 outsiders/hacks per race were no big deal, but when they're 10 year olds they become a big deal. Information will be in the pm i give to all drivers regarding everything they need to know about the next round.

From now on it may be best to PM our race dates/times to each individual involved in the Championship, that way we don't get any party crashers Nothing against you LR guys, it's just that it takes away from the orginization and fairness of our Championship races.

I dont know who these LR guys are, but information about the races will be sent via pm now.

Also, thanks for the kind words guys, for the most part I think i was raced clean last night, and you guys are just as good of and courteous drivers as me. What really helped my online driving was racing NASCAR 2003 online for many years. If you cause 1 crash there you are asked to park your car. If you do not you are ejected from the race. Also with 30+ cars per race inches apart you had to learn how to drive and traffic, how to give and take.

I won Race 3 flag-to-flag, probably assisted by the hacks who were harassing everyone else. I was using my own tune, at least after Race 2 when I discovered that I hadn't saved it before shutting down following my practice session.

It doesn't seem like a majority of the other racers want me out, so I guess I'll stick around and try to improve.

Thanks Earth, for all of the effort you put into the series. You are an ultra-clean driver, one that I'll try to emulate going forward. 👍
