NEWS FLASH for GTP_CWR

The race car driver Chadwicksracing has lost his ride. The Playstation 3, which is the engine for his racing has died. GTP_CWR has called his Sony represenative to get a replacement engine. This comes at a very fortunate time, when the NTSC series is in its off season. CWR said "Its not good that I lost my engine in the off season, because there is a lot of testing and practice that my team will not be able to get. But we are confident that we can transition into the new season and race competitively." There is some light that comes with this bad news. CWR says "...at least this didn't happen in mid-season" Which this would be devastating to CWR's points race. CWR expects to see his new engine sometime before week 1 of season 3. Everybody wish him luck.

Hey Earth, maybe CEL-Racing needs to think about replacing CWR with someone more reliable both off the track AND on the track - what do you think? :lol:

I am back, and everything is updated.

clacksman, I can only hope the best for you. It's going to be really tough racing GT5P 4 out of 5 weekdays.

There is 6 drivers signed up for Clubman so far, but I would like to see that number around 9 or 10 before the season starts to ensure solid car counts each race.

CWR I hope you get a new PS3 soon, but I think your Round 1 fate depends on this poll, which is much closer then I expected.

Season 2 Final Team Points

OrangeR Cup:

Team BBR: 415 points in 43 combined starts (9.65 pts/start)
C&H Racing: 266 points in 38 combined starts (7 pts/start)

Clubman Cup:

CEL-Racing: 424.5 points in 51 combined starts (8.32 pts/start)
Scuderia M&M: 273 points in 35 combined starts (7.8 pts/start)

Cool, I have a buddy in mind...

Not sure what list is the permanent list for Clubman Cup, but there are some FAST guys in there. Thats what made me take the plunge.

EERS, on second thought, can you get him to sign up here? Otherwise you will have to record and post all his finishing positions here for him if he is not a member.

Also, signing up is really not a plunge. If you don't show up for even one race it won't bother me at all, and it shouldn't. I know some race series directors who banned drivers who signed up but then did not participate, but I detest policies like that
 
I just asked him about 5 min ago... he does have an account, he just doesnt use it much. Im sure you'll hear from him soon.
 
Put me in, coach! 👍 Clubman, that is. Dented fenders, dull paint and lots of exhaust smoke! What a smoooth combination! I enjoyed the Clubman last season, and had some great races. Looking forward to it. :)

Hat's off to you for putting a huge amount of effort into this series.
Hopefully, thanks to the return of 750 PP and a world event at Fuji,
we will have full, highly competitive grids this season.

Looking at the rosters for both Orange R and Clubman, they are filled with high quality, clean racers :cheers: The upcoming season is going to be awesome.
