NTSC users WIN a PAL Version Lotus 111R at Daytona Road posted

Welcome and get ready to start your engines.

This one off event is open only to NTSC users, by this i mean only those guys/girls who do not have the PAL version of the game, as the winner will receive a PAL version of the game. PAL online racing tends to provide the best online racing experience and PD have decide not to supply World Events in Expert level these last couple of updates.

Closing Date: Saturday 25th January 04:00am UK, Friday 24th 11:00pm ET, Saturday 25th 13:00 Tokyo

Race Specifics:

* The track boundary for this Time Trial is the edge of the track, not the white lines .
* The use of the G25 Clutch is prohibited


Standard Clean OLR Rules:

* 2 wheels on (or vertically in line with (when airborne)) the track at all times
* rumble/ripple strips are part of the track
* run-off areas are not part of the track
* no contact with walls or objects, visible or invisible
* if you're not 100% sure that your lap is clean, then consider it dirty
* no hybrids
* no cheating of any kind
* nothing that goes against the spirit of the rules
* save your ghost replay​

Do your time trials online and please add your name to the post with your time, i will try to keep a leaderboard going up till close of play, if you better your time add a new post, do not edit a previous version as i do not want to keep re-reading all post's to keep the leaderboard up to date.

Close of play, fastest time will mail there lap, which they remembered to save, when verified clean, winner will be announced and their PAL version will be on the way.

The above now have to arrange a race meet, where you will use the Clio V6 24v tuned to 535pp at Suzuka 550pp RW. I would advise a delayed start and arrange on the grid according to you finish in the time trial. Three races, points awarded as 1st=4pts, 2nd=3pts, 3rd=2pts and 4th=1pt, three races later, driver with highest tally of points gains the wildcard entry to race alongside the already qualified finalists.

I see.... So will the game be used or new? I'm just curious.

Game is used, as in by me, comes in box with instructions, does it make a difference? I did say winner will receive a PAL version of the game, not a brand new sealed PAL version, no postage costs involved to winner/s.


EDIT timeattack07gt as confirmed he will post a time up, as he is a pad user keep checking the online leaderboard and you should be able to grab his ghost for tips/ to race

I'm no expert Daddyooo, but just be as smooth as possible and not much braking..just light brake taps and as of now 3rd gear (seems) should be the lowest gear used. One more thing...if you think you can't get anymore...keep at it because you can always, always still do better.
