Your transmission is the issue. Having a final that's all the way to the left is faster than having a final that is at the middle.

No. Left.

First, reset to default.

Then put final to 3.650 (or 2.650)

Top speed all the way to the left

5th and 6th all the way to the right

Final at 3.000 (or 2.000)

Edit: Got it back down to 11.28 with 100kg ballast and timed launch at 8000rpm...

Now put final at 3.000.

1st gear is all the way to the left
Leave second alone
3rd like halfway
Play with 4th.

How are you shifting? Maybe it is your ballast... Because that method works for every Honda.

I'm shifting into 2nd at ~7500 and shifting rest of gears at ~7300

i did 8.593 in a 1/4 in my escudo.thats pretty quick but the first,second,and third gear got a lot of wheelspin.but still,thats almost a second quicker then my sls
