GT5 has a brilliant photomode. So brilliant I have been able to take pictures that look exactly like the real thing, especially when scaled down. I'm currently making an application for the android market, which uses really small thumbnails of cars as part of the application. I would love to be able to use GT5, because it means I can take completely custom images, and you really cannot see any difference to reality at sizes of 60px X 60px. My worry is, am I in breach of copyright law doing it this way, or does it count as "original work" and is therefore ok? I haven't seen any notice from Sony regarding this, since I doubt they expected anyone would use it for this purpose, but I am hopeful I can use GT5 to avoid buying overpriced stock photos of supercars from the internet when I have no idea how well this application will do (since it's the android market, probably not too well). If anyone has any knowledge in this area, it would be greatly appreciated.
And of course, Merry Christmas
P.S: I live in the UK, if that makes a difference to laws etc.
