As much as I like the Terminator (the torque from idle is truly astonishing, especially on modified cars), the hard core 'R' is way cooler. Plus I'm a sucker for steroided-up normally aspirated engines. Although supercharged (roots and twin screw) units come a close second. I hate lag and deadened throttle response. Turbos are for chumps.
 
The S60! YAY! The Naughty Volvo. Nice. The S60 features Volvo's most powerful engine: the T6 which puts out 300hp and 320ft.-lbs of torque. Sweet.


But...What they NEED is the Cobra Jet:

I counted 7 or 8 new cars listed in the UTH section.

They didn't reveal the unicorns...just that there's gonna be 17 of 'em. Maybe it won't be so hard to snag one this time.

LOL, Thanks Zoo. Been a bit busy lately. Plus these late reveals are killing me.

So I see we are getting a total of 90 new cars plus future DLC. Not bad.
 
Well...technically, if you get the Muscle Car Pack on day 1, it's 100 new cars, which is awesome. I'm glad they didn't gather EVERY car from FM3 nor are they carrying over all the DLC cars...something a little different this time.
 
Anyone have the 1969 Camaro SS Coupe in Forza 3? The only one I see is the '69 Z28; so is it either DLC I don't have or they actually meant the Z28?

The '69 SS Coupe was a Unicorn if I'm not mistaken...and it, the Impreza S204 and the RX-7 Spirit R, will, again, be unicorns.

Ya, I just found that. Thanks. Well, at least I have the Spirit R Type A.... There are NO unicorns on the auction house right now. Bet I could get a pretty penny for my Type A.

I just noticed most of the cars they have chosen for "direct" transfer are only available with VIP membership. Lol. Glad I bought the ultimate edition.

Just went through and made sure I got as many of these cars as possible. Just missing the Impreza, Camaro and LFA. Im wondering what the secret car is??

I need to do the same thing. I have 80 million so purchasing the cars wont be a problem. I am sure I already have most of these. I buy and build random cars all the time. In fact I will probably buy every single car in F3 right before F4 comes out. Then after that sell all my F3 cars for cheap and give all my money away to friends like I did with F1 and F2. Then probably trade in F3.

A could you gift me a 69 maro ss? If you could be so kind, when your ready to pack it in FM3, I not a gm guy, but I've never owned a unicorn*(only one that looks interesting), I have no idea what I'm gonna do if they make any of my favorite mopars or fords unicorns in FM4:indiff: GT TVIPER3

The only Unicorn car I have is the RX7 that T10 sends you when you pre-order F4. I dont have the 69 SS unicorn car. I actually dont even know what it looks like. I am sure I could google it but since its a car I cant get, I am not too concerned with the way it looks.
 
In my opinion, Unicorn cars are against T10's philosophy of "it's about the cars, it's a game for everybody, for the casual and the core". Unicorn cars suck. First of all, they are not amazing cars, and then, only a couple of guys in the world will have them by winning tournaments and stuff. Come on, now they are adding 13 more unicorn cars? Yeah, a game for everybody... :rolleyes:

They should use those slots for cars the community actually wants. The community is what builds their business, not the 2 or 3 guys that get the Unicorns.

Every company in the world has its recurrent idiocies, even the "oh so community caring Turn 10".

You can't gift unicorns or put them on the auction house.

"Only a couple of guys in the world"? What rock have you been living under? T10 threw unicorn cars at the community left, right and center - got into a "Race with the Devs" lobby? You got a unicorn car, no matter how you placed. Pariticipated well in their livery contests? You got a unicorn car. Answered their weekly trivia correctly? You got a unicorn car.

And I would assume that we'll see them being handed out even more freely in FM4, probably for various community-based interactions.
