Does anyone know how many cars estimated for FM4? Or how much they've gathered in sales from pre-order?

500+ cars at launch with the possibility of somewhere around 100 additional DLC cars. Have no idea on sales.

Really have to wonder if some of those cars they have T10 put in in return for a discount on licensing.

Only slightly disappointing: FM really does have a GT influence, what with including 3 of essentially the same car (Aygo, C1, 107). Though the choices for engine swaps will be vastly different depending on which make you pick, I assume :P

Not I; after the introduction race I will be using my ZR1 and Scuderia to unlock the goodies as fast as possible. First car purchases will be the V12 Vantage and the Sesto Elemento.

I suppose I'll have a fair few cars from bonuses and FM3 as well, but will still choose the Spark.

Seems like the beginner cars are somewhat irelevant to most of us who've played FM3... The driver level bonuses alone will take care of that.
I think there are many people that dont play online much. I am one of them as well.
I'm one of them, but I do realise that I'm in the minority here. There's so many games that are focusing on onlone multiplayer these days that it's hard to argue against it being the norm.
Playing offline is self centric? Yeah, and that is so cool...
No, playing offline isn't self centric. Acting like the game should be changed just because it isn't exactly up your alley is.
Agree...it wasn't that hard to get them. I have all 3 and a 2nd Subi! Turn 10 twitter contests or Race with Dev is best way.
Yup, I think that's true. I never bothered myself, but a few months after release, T10 gave out a pretty decent amount of unicorns in a relatively short amount of time. Basically, a unicorn inflation

And I'll be starting with the Agila as I'm a Vauxhall fan :D Now if they could just model the 2003 Astra Coupe in the same spec as my own, then I'll be in heaven lol.

Next car reveal will probably be along the lines of a Kia Soul or something, lol
It would be awesome if they revealed cars in manufacturer specific ways, like they did with a Ferrari one. ex.
2011 Kia Optima
2011 Kia Sportage
2011 Kia Soul

👍

Maybe it's something to do with carbon-offset.. And on that note, No Aston Cygnet, man I am disappoint..ed. Would have been funny if it was one of the 'Loyalty cars' as Aston themselves operate the exact same scheme to own one.

I would have been so pimp in FM4 :dopey:

Why? You can race supercars in any racing game. Shift, GT5 etc. But having the chance to trash a small, cheap little cars to within an inch of it's life on a tight circuit is just as much fun. He more variety he better.

Being able to start with small cars and working up to nice motors also gives a sense if progression. You get used to fast cars all to quickly in games.

Starter cars, we all need starter cars. The career has to start somewhere doesn't it? Nice to have some new ones! Citroen C1 with a C4 WRC drivetrain and motor anyone? :sly:

Sorry, didn't mean to make it sound like I don't like or want them as I do.

I was trying to get at the fact they are all 2011 model year everyday cars that most people can afford new. It would make sense to give developers a break in licensing in exchange for adding their cheaper cars to advertise them more.

LOL at how they all have alloy wheels and then you get the Fox on wheel trims. AFAIK, that's the first Forza car with plastic trims, which is pretty cool in itself.

I'm starting with the Agila, but I'll buy a Fox soon after to put it on some big BBS. :D
