Has here been definate confirmation on the total amount.

I've heard 500/600. Or is it still speculation?

Cheers.

Edit.

Super, you bought your console yet?

500 confirmed by Dan himself. That's not including any DLC

How many cars and tracks are in Forza Motorsport 4?

"Forza Motorsport 4 will feature 500 premium cars on Disc 1 and 2. It’s roughly 300 cars on Disc 1 and 200 cars on Disc 2. There are approximately 320 cars carried over and updated from Forza 3 as well as approximately 90 cars carried over and updated from Forza 3 DLC. The remaining 90 are so cars are new to Forza 4. Starting at launch, we are currently planning to add ten cars per month via DLC Add-On packs—this will include the Day 1 American Muscle Car DLC pack (free via a code to LCE buyers) as well as new packs starting in November. "

I need a job first. But I'll get one...don't worry.

I've heard that the 240SX has more body parts then any car in the game...
Maybe then?

Also, @Spaghetti its around 500 cars.

Maybe, but it technically wouldn't be a Sileighty if it used the 240 body. But...we can pretend. :P

I also want this in the game but I doubt they will announced it:

Your first post and you beat me to it. Cool!

WHAT? You're not excited for the Civic? LOL.

(Whoops, there I go with that sarcasm again. Better be careful...)

Flames = +10 hp; -9% drag.

At least they are not loading the car count with 50 different models of Civics. But if I really wanted to drive one, I'd get in my wife's beater.

After dealing with the Fast and Furious Ricers in Austin, TX in early 2000's I am about as sick of Civic's as I can be.

When every single kid with a Civic went to Autozone and put every single bolt on part you could think of...well...:ill:

Sure we've had our share of ricers here in Holland after that movie. But some have really chosen the right path, which in my opion is the way of performance tuning.

One of my friends had a civic coupe. From the outside all you could see was modified rims and some lowered ridehight.. That car was such a beast...

Only downside: Front wheel driven..

Well at least you know someone who did it right. 99% of the ones I ran into were all show no go. At the time I was driving a slightly modified 1990 Musting GT, and couldnt drive to the store and back without at least 2 Civics wanting to race.

Heh...I wont be using a Civic in Forza thats for sure.

Well, I usually don't bother, but the Civic is, in my opinion, the most overrated car of the century...

In fact, I'm more excited about the Altezza.

Forza Garage Round 1: Do you dare check your mirrors at 170 mph when one of these purebred racecars is in hot pursuit? Welcome the 2010 Mazda #16 Dyson Racing B09/86, 2003 Nissan #12 CALSONIC SKYLINE, and 1999 Toyota #3 Toyota Motorsports GT-ONE TS020 to Forza 4!

Not a huge fan of R1 or higher cars but I can appreciate them being in the game. Maybe I will try to use them more in F4. But my main class is B class. I have over 80 B class cars and drive ALL of them. They are all at least level 3 or higher.

Wow. You'd think that the list in the OP could be..you know...in alphabetical order or something maybe, grouped by manufacturer.

I'm a VAG (VW/Audi) guy, aka dubber, and even I say that Hondas and Civics aren't overrated by any means. I don't get the stupid bumper cutouts at all, sorry that **** looks nasty. And the vtec whining at redline is respectable, but not the best sound to me. Drove my buddy's Civic hatch w/a GSR motor swapped in it and the motor, for now, was fairly stock and that thing drive real nice.

I don't get the 'no hood' thing myself. Is that just for show, or do they actually drive them around like that?

If so, then...no.

It's only for show. I love the civic, I remeber playing FM1 and going to the motor swap option and almost crying of joy. The swaps you can do was amazing.
