Oh, it's not like I dislike Honda or VTEC, or anything. I like the S2000. And the NSX is one of my favourite cars.

The Civic, though... Ugh. Maybe it's because everybody and their mother seem to have and tune one, I don't know. Nissan's S-chassis might be mainstream, but the Civic takes it to a completely different level. Add to that that I never been much of a fan of FWD. And voilá, I dislike Civics. And most of them seem to be more about show then go, too... So, yeah, I don't care about them. At all.

Anyways, I don't want to drag this thread offtopic anymore than I already have, so I'll leave it at that :lol:

If anyone reads Performance VW, it's the 'Jersey Sure' article in the August 2011 issue. He's an awesome guy and built an amazing car. Spent a lot of money on shaving the engine bay and sprucing up the engine (was stg2 s/c, finished stg4 s/c, and now car is going bigger turbo for 500+whp, yes... 500+whp!) Since he loves the outcome he told me that his hood as not been on the car since the day he removed it when he went supercharger + shaved bay.

I've got other friends who do it to show off the engine/bay too.

If there was a quick way to do it, I would probably have a link to it in the OP, but when I put it in excel and hit sort it just sorts it by year since it goes by whats first.

Have you tried giving the make of the vehicles their own individual column? You should then be able to sort by that column.

It is a lot of work for really little to no pay off. As soon as you do it someone will probably complain because they want it another way.

Regardless, I prefer it the way it is. Especially since we are now receiving 3 rounds of confirmed cars per day. It makes it easier to scroll down and just look at the date and round to see what I have missed.

Just my personal preference though.
 
Chris - I actually have an Excel file I've been doing for my own personal use, gleaned from the list over at Forzacentral. I used it just because it includes cars spotted in screen grabs, and I'm used to doing that sort of thing with GT :P.

I haven't updated it in about a week, but what I could do is update it once a day up on Google Docs. There's columns for year, manufacturer, and model, so people could sort it that way, and they'd still have your OP that very logically keeps track of each individual announcement from T10 themselves, as that's really quite useful :)

Oh sweet just noticed the Toyota GT-ONE got added to the list. Hopefully it will get the full treatment. I didnt think the cockpit looked all that hot in FM 3 if memory serves me correctly. Wished they showed a photo of it (interior / exterior).


Also hoping for this year's Le Mans winner, the Audi R18 TDI

The cockpit doesn't look or that hot inside in the real thing. Alot of these cockpits actually look better than what the real thing looks when it comes to these race cars. Real life race cars interiors, to be honest, look like a hot mess.
 
Man, you know the Ferraris on the first disc are gonna be like the 250 TR, the 250 GTO, 250 California, etc, and they expect us to get an achievement for owning all of them. I mean...the 250 TR is the most expensive car in the world.

Was just looking at your list and you have the SLR McLaren listed as the preorder car for Walmart but Walmart has the Mini Cooper. Also BestBuy has the M1 not the M3 GTR. You may want to recheck those preorder cars. The only one I can confirm is the GameStop car. Everything else looks accurate.

Glad they didn't cut the Le Mans Corvettes. I figured they would have enough sense not to.

Still waiting on some "Under the Hood" action; seems they are always having tech. issues with their site.
