Anyone notice this WRX WITHOUT the rear wing? It was confirmed a while back but this is one of the first pics I have seen showing the car without the rear wing.

You can remove the rear wing to the car , see these pictures :

I'm being a bit slow ATM (it is 2am...cripes) but can someone link me to the full car list that was posted on one of the other sites please? It was the one where they linked to the car menu shots (not the German one).

Or just the one and the wing is just sat on top of that.

That that would work too. I just assumed that since you could not remove wings before, that their cars were built with wings, and that they didn't put anything in the trunk area if the wing was removed.

Sorry if it's been answered already but how many cars are new to Forza 4 (i.e. not ported from Forza 3) and is there a list anywhere?

90 not including what will be DLC. 320 were carried over from the standard edition of FM3 and 90 were carried over from FM3 DLC and 90 will be brand new cars to Forza.

Not a lot of cars unveiled today...and even less cars we didn't know about. And I think that'll be how it is. I mean, with only 1 or 2 more lists left, there's only a handful left before we hit 500.

Yeah I think for the most part the new cars have been unveiled. We know we'll have the new Volvo S60 R, the VW Golf GTi Mk3, the Vauxhall Agila, VW Fox, Toyota Aygo and that's probably going to be that. Overall, it's a very nice list of new cars imo. I would have liked to have seen others which didn't make it but hey, I'm sure everyone can say the same.

2009 Acura #66 de Ferran Motorsport Jim Hall Tribute ARX-02a R1/989
2009 Acura #66 de Ferran Motorsports ARX-02a R1/990

Those were actually P1 cars (the ones with the same-size front and rear wheels and tires).

And I agree with you, hopefully we'll see some of the cars that got bounced (*cough*Prodrive Ferrari 550*cough*) return as DLC somewhere down the line.

I was just mentioning in general, not you specifically. I just didn't see how T10 confirming it would mean any more than the actual picture of it in the dealership. You were right as far as what he ment but as you can see by his comment it was enough confirmation for him in the end.

On another note.

Mhh I must say I prefer PD´s tactics before they release an game... No infos till release... Soon we know every bit of FM4 and there will be no more surprises...

I rather know what Im buying in advance... its not as if they are giving it to you as a birthday present is it? and as soon as its released youll know it anyway...

Hm, let's recap about what happened with that strategy-

1. People were raging about the lack of premiums

2. People were raging about the horrible weather effects

3. People were raging about the standard cars looking like 🤬

4. People were raging about all the bugs and glitches

5. People were just raging at it in general

This could all have been fixed if they had released more info then they had.

I don't. PD's communication with it's customer base is appalling. I much prefer Turn 10's openness, especially when talking about difficult design choices which mean some features have had to be left out. Sure, there will be few surprises, but we know Forza 4 will be a solid, finished product with loads of new content and features.

That's fine by me.
