Like someone said, your monitor's settings must be weird. The background is supposed to look washed out. Just like a photographer in real life doesn't just snap pictures, I used the settings offered when taking the pictures to make it look that way. The brightness is the only thing I changed in photoshop. The background is not the focus of the picture, the car is.
