Apart from the occasional entry message when people enter rooms, there is no way to know who is on what team. And seeing that there is no other list with drag teams in GT5, I see no reason to not start one.

Just because they're team leaders doesn't always mean they're the fastest.
That's the case all the time with me, I'm always the guinea pig and they run the beasts.

Key word there, usually. 👍 I rather use my car as the guinea pig rather than play all my cards and show everything at once. It gives others a surprise when one of the boys pops in and the other person has already beaten me, so they assume they've beaten the best of GME's creations. Uh uh, not so.

I'm a leader of a team and I don't have the best tunes. We share some of our best tunes and individually mess with them to make them better and take the best from there, and we also create and improve on our own tunes at the same time. Not all teams share tunes, and anyone that believes that all teams do is sorrily mistaken.

And that message was pointless because everyone has there opinion. 1st of all its just a game and were taking it to serious. If we want to make a thread of official lists we can. If the mods thought these lists were here to offend ppl they would of been gone already. This is a thread of teams on gt5 how is that not official?? And my thread is of pro tuners and all the names that were listed are most of the fastest ppl in there division. No names are up there to offend ppl. Its just simple not everyone is fast, not everyone can tune like others but the ppl on that list are the best of the best on indy and or ssr7. Im not saing there arent any others that we dont know about. Ive been racing on indy since the game came out and i have raced alot of ppl thats how we know whos really fast,whos ok fast and whos slow. If you dont like the simple idea of an official list just simply dont go on the thread. Its that simple

knowing slump, i think he was just saying there isn't an official "Ranking" like times and things, it is sorta street style rankings, and as a result the ranks are not accurate, and to tell who is and isn't a pro is relative.... thats what i think slump is meaning... , yet there isnt an "official ranking" because pro is relative, whats a pro to one person may not be to another.
these list are just to locate people who others consider good, which i consider okay.

Its official enough that people use this as a guideline to see who is in rooms before joining.

When looking for a room, I look for the following (In order):
1) Number of people in room
2) Signal
3) Who is in the room
4) Room name

and hes right there is not an "official ranking" because pd has not given us a proper 1/4th track, it will never be official until then. and i changed the word pro to top racers. i hope slump does not take what i wrote serious neither. but just like we race on the streets we pretty much know who's fast and who's not. its just a system to go by.
