nice rides so far, guys... picked up this game a bit late and am enjoying it after fi-i-inally getting the game installed... very arcadey, but killer eyecandy... making my way to Ming with the Cayman... loving that Porsche--very nice...

i have the redoctane dual ps2 to usb adapter... but i cant get my pc to detect my ps2 controller. does anyone here know where i can find drivers? they arent onthe redoctane website. i dunno how to get it to work... i did it before but i cant remember how i did....

My question is...how can you get bonus cars into career mode, such as the SL65?

I never had any issues with this game on my AMD X2, you sure it's because of the dual core?

Yes, because now i fixed it, but sadly it still "jitters" a bit, even at 50 - 60fps. which is just gay.

Dammit, you know i reinstalled the game yesterday and started to play it and at first it was fine, but after about 2 hours of gaming it started to stutter. I thought that was pretty weird so fired up Fraps and saw it was running around the 50fps mark, but still was stuttering. Instead of slowing down-style stuttering, the game actually appeared to be speeding up for a fraction of a second although it doesn't register as slowing down or speeding up on Fraps. Makes the game really hard to play and i have to restart the computer before it smooths out again.

Did you find any solutions?

I know this thread is old but I figured it would be better to just post this here than make a new one.

I started playing this about a week ago shortly after installing my new hardware. Heres a few pics of the cars I'm using/used.

Car #1 - Cobalt: I started with this car. It took me fairly far until I got car #2. SOLD

Car #2 - Supra: I won this car off of Vic. Made some modifications to it including Rim color, body kit, and paint color. Its pretty nice.

Car #3 - Mustang: This car is my baby. I absolutely love the way I got it to look. God I love the mustang sound.


Theres a few other cars I didn't put in the list including: the Eclipse from Big Lou(SOLD) and the Cayman S you get from Baron(STILL HAVE). I didn't post the Cayman mainly because I haven't done anything to it visually, only performance wise.

I'm up to facing BL #8 "Jewels". I've been doing the challenge mode alot lately so I haven't gotten further in career. This game is alot of fun.
