No definitely couldn't. Can now though. Had a look around some other fori and a few others had the same problem. They said it mysteriously started showing the parts not long after. I downloaded and installed the 1.3 patch and they showed after that. Very strange.

Hi guys,
I finally also got hold of this game, just a question, for the people who use the DFP with this game, do you also have this huge deadzone on the steering ? It absolutely ruins the whole driving experience, I just could not get used to it ... on GTR my DFP works fine, all other car games work fine, even Colin McRae 04 on my PC. I had to switch to my Sidewinder joystick to play this, as least I'm winning easily with the Sidewinder. I'm up to Blacklist no. 12 or something with my Golf GTI ... sold all the oher cars I got with pink slips ... so got lots of bucks too ... I like it that you don't have to rice up your car to get further in the game, that rules ... I like standard looking cars !

Yip did that rather ... works like a charm in 200 degrees ... should just not forget how to use 900 degrees one day again haha 
I've won the Cayman S now as well from no. 10 or 11 I think ... have only changed the colour on it, will take it out for some racing tonight ...
I've only had the GTI so far, sold all the other cars that I won, so sitting with like 200000 cr. to spend on upgrades on the Cayman S once I can ...

I'm now on Blackist #1, when I get home tonight, I will challenge him and beat the game! 
I recently bought a Carrera GT after beating Blacklist 3, and fully tuned it, and I have to say, it's fast as Hell, but damn near impossible to control. I can't use it effectively, so now it's my show piece.
So I figured I'd try another top of the line car, the Lamborghini Murcielago (which is easier to control than the CGT due the the AWD), to replace my amazing Gallardo. I bought it, tuned it fully, and raced it. What a dissapointment. It seems to take ages to get to 60 and it likes to hover at about 200 and is really tough to get it to go higher. It handles well, but it seems a little more sluggish than the Gallardo. So now I've garaged that beast and am ready to take on Razor in my lovely green Gallardo with Black rims and a tasteful Carbon Fiber spoiler. Despite it's stats clearly being less than that of the Murcielago, it is a much, much better car. Once I get some more money, I am probably going to see how a Ford GT fares. It has a fairly even weight distribution and is mid-engined, so it should be easier and quicker than a Corvette or Viper, but I don't think it can compare to the incredibleness of the Baby Bull.

I love the sound and it's suprisingly fast.

here's my 1st car. i plan on working on either a RX-7, STi, or evo next. i also have a supra that i won.
the graphics are great 👍 the customization isnt as complex as underground but the game still feels solid. 👍 my dfp is dead so i'm just using my adapter to use a PS2 controller on the pc.

I have most wanted, but for xbox so i really wont be able to post a pic. But i can tell you what i got.
1. Toyota Supra, so far i've been able to beat every Blacklist racer, I'm now at the 2nd blacklist.
2. Lamborghini Gallardo right now it has a heat of 5, and it makes alot of fun for pursuits.
3. Lamborghini Murchealgo(spelled wrong i know) it's ok of a car, didn't put any body kits on it, neither with the Gallardo.
I used to have the Dodge Viper, Aston Martin DB9. I won the Viper threw pickslip, but i baught the DB9 long before Ronnie came, but i sold my DB9 by then cause i just didn't like it. And i sold his.
But i started the game with the Lexus IS300. Then i won the VW GTI.
But by far my fav car is the Supra, it has smoked everything so far.

Well, I finally picked up NFSMW after playing the demo for weeks. I have to say, I am really impressed with the graphics in this game. I'm running the game at 1280x1024 with every eye candy imaginable in the game at full. Amazingly, my system can handle the maxed out detail level very well. I've only seen slight framerate drops only a handful of times.
The only thing I don't like is the uglyness of some of the competitors cars in the races/blacklist challenges (That's kind of expected though, given the market the game is aimed at). I recently picked up the Cayman S from Blacklist #10's Baron and instantly changed it's looks because I was horrified by the flame job on it. Screens of my favorite two cars so far are attached. I hope you like them.

I've a problem. I was just up to challenge rival 5 on the blacklist when my computer shut down. So I saw the challenge screen for a second and then my computer rebooted.
The problem I've now is that I cant challenge him despite enough points and won events etc.
Could anyone help me? I want to go on with the career mode
