I've been receiving multiple PM's about this, make no mistake, if ANYONE is caught doing ANYTHING that puts them at an unfair advantage, all their times will be removed and they will be banned from posting a time on my board. I'm not 'siding' with anyone. If Kozzie claims he doesn't echeat, let him prove it with all of us watching.
I have always been skeptical of karo's times, but there just wasn't enough proof from a pic to prove much of anything. A few kg's in the boot will easily skew 0-60 times and G's, not exactly enough to call someone a cheater. In fact for GT5 it was me who suggested all entries should be submitted as videos rather than pictures to make sure no one was cheating, but you all laughed me off. My current system is much more difficult for would-be hackers to weed in to. Instead of posting a blurry picture to justify your record time, your runs are spectated closely in real time by people who know what to look for. Short of physically visiting Kozzie's house and watching him run, there isn't a much better way of ensuring all races are fair and equal.
You all talk like you can spot Echeat a mile away, yet no one dared quiz Karo about his leaderboard times in GT5 even when we had a speed test to validate legitimacy of posted ET.
If you couldn't spot it then, I guarantee you can't spot it now.
