Leaderboards updated, and board initialized for the F2007 event.

Sorry for the long gap between updates, my family and I were away for the holidays and then we all got the stomach flu right after we got home. Things are finally a little more sane again, and I hope to make much more frequent updates. Thanks everyone for the times!!!

The bugs in Subaru start only with Hard tuning ( es 85% weight and +60 CV ), with power and weight near standard the bugs are irrilevant.

Suby 07( all set to standard )( 85% weight and +60 CV ), With all kind of torque setting, but with TOE 0.00 F and R and RIDE HEIGHT 0 0 :

T1 = 240 km/h
T2 = 270Km/h

Only with 45/55, TOE -0.50 +0.50 and RIDE HEIGHT 0 0 :

T1 = 254 Km/h
T2 = 290 Km/h

This is the same for Suby 05.......

Tried this out with the Scoobie 07 at Daytona and got a similar result.

Those extreme toes make for some interesting handling, but the car is by no means undrivable. Overall the bug is worth a good second a lap around Daytona.

Great, and I was so enjoying racing the Scoobies there too. :grumpy:

Its nothing to do with finding a 'perfect tune'. The car handles worse, as you would expect, but you definately feel the additional power which shouldn't be there, and see the results of it too.

Just a couple of small nitpicks, on the overall leaderboard for Suz 650PP RUdi should be above the current leader as he has a 2'02 and Celima should be above Rudi with his new time of 2'02.1xx.

Also, my time in the Subaru was done on R3/R3.

Did a PB at Suzuka 650PP in f430. race, no slip'
2'05.827" backed up by a 5.992" testing mods to my recent posted tune. Seems to be working.

I went back to the original tune I posted, and it works a lot better than any other tune i've come across.
 
This is why I haven't tried to race in that particular race. I consider myself good, but I am not that good. I will stick to the lower powered cars for now...

That's scary I know. The event is getting ridiculously competitive now. I was doing high 5's every lap and Racer_LP was pulling away from me. I remember when the event first started if you did 6's you would win easily. Those days are gone:nervous:

That's what I thought when I did it. But then mr_Volcano told me that he had done a 2'04.5xx and FAK was pulling away from him! :crazy:

Just so you know that was in slip, no way I get into 04's yet, need better tune for that., I just use my own tune, never tried any other tune, so really dont know how good it is. I got a new best yesterday 2.05.569 f430 r1

Sorry about that. Should've asked you first. My best with a slipstream is a 2'04.5 as well.
But when I saw the 2'04.928 pop up I couldn't believe I did it in clean air.

Just had a new look at this thread and I really think you are doing some great work with this. This will be a great place to check out the car to use. I have'nt played GT5p much latly. Comming back on its nice to compeare your tune/car for new events. Great work!!

I got inspired by your fast lap, mad94d, did some changes to my tune and suddenly I got 2.05.242 :) Strange thing is that it didnt feel faster, just the tune that was better. so I can maybe imagine 2.04 👍
 
My tune is just the TZT 600pp F430 Daytona Road tune with R1 tyres! I've changed nothing and I got a 4 with it.
I tried lots of proper suzuka tunes but I can only manage mid to 5's when I'm really pushing. With this tune I can do 5's easily. And of course I got a 4 with it. Not sure how though. Didn't feel faster, I think it was just a clean lap where I nailed every apex.
